Pretty pricey but overall good food. Waiter could have been a little nicer and talkative. Feel like he went above n beyond for all this other customers but was short with me almost as if I was bothering him by asking for recommendations or about the food (my first time there) would have gave it 5 stars if staff was nicer.
Quite a few pros and cons about this place.
Cons: ** Everyone and their mother were celebrating a birthday. They have a VERY LOUD DRUM that plays during the birthday song. I'll hear it in my nightmares. It was awful. Played 6 times in an hour and a half.
** globs of butter and a ton of garlic on the food. Seriously...cut the butter in half.
**VERY small seating area. The chefs throw pieces of food for you to catch in your mouth. . If you miss, it stays on the floor so you might step on food as you walk out. gross.
Pros. Good price. Good drink selection. big menu. Chef was polite. Food was cooked to our liking.

It was delicious. Next time I will ask for the standard roll menu just because the rolls cost less. But I was definitely not unhappy with what I bought.

Love this place. Excellent food and service. We had the steak and shrimp and lobster. Very good. Sake shots are awesome. Visit this restaurant.

First time there. Bummed about no more Happy Hour, but I understand. Lisa Lisa roll was great and the house salads ginger dressing was good.

First the food is great. I mean on point and tasty greatness! The service is also equally amazing. The staff goes out of the way for you and they are beyond fast. I love all the food but the American Dream roll is my favorite! We have a small service dog and they treat us with respect and are never rude. We frequent this establishment not just for the incredible sushi and entrees- we also appreciate the amazing customer service and professionalism that is shown to all of their customers. This place is a top notch Sushi/ Teppanyaki restaurant in The state of Arizona.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Very clean even the bathrooms. Our waitress was beyond wonderful. I’m so glad we chose to go here last night for our sons 6th birthday. Highly recommend calling ahead like we did as it is very busy. The portions were awesome so definitely worth the money. Can’t wait to go back!!

This was my 2nd time at this place. The first was good enough to return, that is where I made the mistake. Placed an order for pick up and was told 15-20 mins. Arrived at the restaurant 20 mins later and had to wait another 30 mins for my food. The appetizers were cold. My wife got just Sashimi and the pieces are so small we couldn't believe they charge so much. She got a total of 18 pieces and it all fit in a container smaller than a Sushi roll container. Also the different types of fish all had the same taste as if they stored everything together. Not very happy this time around and we will not return.

Great experience with the family. I will say that if you're someone who has anxiety, you may want to prepare for a lot of sound related stimulation. Very noisy environment. You will be pressured to catch food in your mouth and have saki squirted at your face hole, but for me that was a fun part of the experience. The only thing I really didn't like was how crowded it was and I rarely saw anyone wearing a mask. Seems like a breeding ground for COVID of you ask me but that's just a personal opinion and fear of mine. Otherwise the family had a lot of fun here. Meal price raged from $14-$60. Saki and domestic beer available.
