I have dined here a long long long time ago and I couldn't remember why I didn't return to this place after my first visit. We waited for quite a bit at the front counter and at our table.
On Tuesdays, they have taco Tuesday night. They have street tacos (brisket, pork carnitas, and pork belly) and you get 3 street tacos and you can make it a combo with rice and beans for $13. Then they have just tacos (shredded beef, chicken, potato, and ground beef) and you get 2 tacos or make it combo with rice and beans for $13.
So we ordered just tacos ???? as a combo and the results were just okay. The chicken tacos meat was super super dry. Talk about no moisture to the tacos. The ground beef tacos was okay and I felt like there was a specific seasoning missing in it. The rice was way to salty and dry as well. To my ultimate surprise I actually liked the beans. It would have been nice if there was sour cream and guacamole for the tacos.
The decor was nice and inviting. Our server apologized for our wait and she checked on us twice and refilled our drinks once. My Arnold palmer was delicious ???? because of right mixture. The chips and salsa wasn't too bad however it would have been nice if it was served warm.
I gave it 3 stars because it didn't meet my expectations of a Mexican restaurant. It didn't feel authentic or taste like it when comparing the one's I frequent. Too americanized for me.
They have a more dim and cozy type atmosphere, which was nice. Portions were fairly large, so you get your money's worth. The entree was pretty good, albeit a bit salty. Flan was a bit overcooked and had lots of cracks, though. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just add less salt please.

I had the chicken taco salad and the watermelon margaritas. The margaritas was out of this world. The taco salad was good the only thing I would have changed is the shell was over cooked.

Not a good experience. I understand it is Cinco De Mayo, and food can take a little longer to prepare, especially with it being busy. What we didn't like is the quality of the food, it wasn't very good. The waitress wasn't very attentive, we were not once offered drink refills. We asked to speak with the manager and he was polite by apologizing and explaining due to the holiday, it was busier. We got a complimentary fried ice cream and it was good. Chips were good. At this location, we will not be coming back, mainly because we waited a long time for food that didn't taste good.

Went there for lunch while running errands, we loved it! I had carne asada street tacos my wife had chicken tacos. The sides were great and service was pretty good, little slow, but not bad. I do wish we went Tuesday. As you can order three different tacos to have on taco Tuesday, other days you can only choose one.

This was a nice lunch experience. We had the Blanco chicken enchiladas w/ calabicitas and refried beans, carna asada burro and tamales. Food was fantastic! Our server Christina was fabulous. She suggested the calabicitas and it changed my perspective on Mexican side dishes. The blood orange margaritas are a refreshing God send. Can't wait to go back for dinner.

WORST fried ice cream I've ever had!! First of all the ice cream was rolled in a crumb batter, and then served to me as "fried ice cream" which you could clearly tell it was NOT fried whatsoever! It's called "FRIED ice cream" for a reason because YOU FRY IT, duh!! You get the ice cream and roll it in corn flakes then you dip it in a deep fryer for a quick minute and boom "FRIED ICE CREAM" Obviously they don't know what or how to make "FRIED ice cream" so there's instructions for you guys. I hope they get it right so no one walks in so excited to eat fried ice cream (like I did) and get so disappointed ????

Poor food quality, so much food and salt under our feet. They messed up our bill three times, got it right but the cleanliness of this establishment is by far sub par. The seats were greasy and that wall has probably never been cleaned.

$8 for this slop they call queso 1/4 of a cup full.
Super tiny tacos
Small food amounts.
$31 for what you see + a drink and chips
They robbed me.
Watching everyone in the PHX Beer co eating good food with fair servings made me jeoulous!
I do not recommend this place.

A lot of this food seemed to be cooked with Tabasco oil. All of the food was extremely spicy to where most of our meals went unfinished.
The customer was polite and stay on top of our drinks but ultimately I personally felt like we were a number to get through for the evening.
I also didn't agree with multiple people bringing furry animals to a public food joint. There is a time and place and I believe a restaurant isn't one of those.
