Nice upscale place. Like a lot of places you use the scan code to get food.
May want to make reservations since it gets busy in Saturdays but, you can sit at the bar right away and order if there is room.
Food was good. Big fan of this sweet potato ????fries!
One of my most favorite places. I love that the menu is seasonal. The drinks are fantastic. The food is beyond delicious. The staff is kind. I will continue to come here. (Even went for Thanksgiving one year and was beyond pleased). So worth it. 10/10 recommend. When there is an event in the area that you are attending, they ask if you are participating and rush your food in the best way. You will not be disappointed

Great spot to eat at! Service was quick, food was good. Our bartender /server Mathew was awesome! This place was so awesome we came back for breakfast after our wonderful dinner the night before. Watch out for the bluehound it will motion at you for a sip of your drink and then try to drink it all!

Dinner at Blue Hound Kitchen was wonderful. The braised beef appetizer was excellent. The salmon and the chicken were amazing and had great sauces. And the dessert just topped off a great evening. We had both and they were equally good. What was even better than the food was the service. Our waiter, Clayton, was attentive without spending too much time at our table. Management was always visible. Overall, great atmosphere, wonderful service and amazing food.

Read previous reviews where the manager was rude but decided to try it anyway. Located inside the Hotel Palomar was convenient since we were guest of the hotel. They advertise the weekend brunch so thought we’d try.
They were understaffed so we had to get on the waitlist for 30 min when we arrived. But then we watched the manager seat people with no regard for the list and when a server said something he brushed her off. Guest services is definitely not in his wheelhouse when under stress. Servers were extremely friendly almost like making up for the boss.
Prices were reasonable for a brunch location. Portions are huge and very tasty. Comes quickly after you order so the kitchen is on their game.
I had the eggs Benedict and my partner had the chicken and waffles. Mouth watering

Beautiful style, great service, wonderful appetizers and okay dinner. I would stick with the appetizers and speak highly of our waiter and the front staff. Sadly the manager was rude.

Fast and friendly service. Drinks were delicious, but pretty pricey for what you get. The ambiance is modern and upbeat. There is an overwhelming smell of soap that permeates throughout the bar/restaurant. We didn’t try the food, but they offered unique and interesting plates.

Had dinner here after the Phoenix Symphony. Not a large menu but we chose the salmon, the chicken and the mushroom entree for the vegan. The salmon with brussel sprouts, apple and miso were delightful. The bourbon batter chicken was cooked to perfection. And the mushroom was satisfactory to the picky vegan.

Food was amazing. The service was amazing. Place looked urban antique and was clean l. Prices were a little pricey but it was worth it. No masks required. I would come here again.

Ok, so the food stood out for me here, especially those cheese curds and tator tots over gravy! That was sooo yummy! I then had their pork belly grilled cheese, over what I can assume was sourdough bread; the sandwich was tasty but could have used a slight kick, however the pork belly was cooked to perfection. Now, here is my main concern, the price for happy hour drinks was a bit high. They have a 9 dollar old fashioned made with Evan Williams Bourbon that was fine, but fine doesn't cut it at that price. In addition, the house wine was 7 a glass which is FAR too much considering the sugar content and chalky flavor the red house wine had. I'd go again, but only for the food. The Blue Hound can do better.
