I liked it! But for some reason i found the pizza too soggy, i want to think it was a one time incident, but the service was good and the salad was great. Desert was good as well, very presentable!
First time trying CIBO, heard many great things about this place, the inside and outside is super cute. Everything we ordered was good. Get there early because it gets packed pretty quickly. Enjoy!

The reviews don’t match the quality of their food. Nice atmosphere but the place was super warm inside. There were lots of house flys on the window and around the dining area that made dining in uncomfortable. The food was cool. It is very much comparable to bar food. The food was also not flavorful as described by its customers. The bread was rock hard. The staff handled our drinking glasses from the rim rather than the sides of the cup. The staff was not friendly at all. We felt rushed and we’re not given proper table service. We had to ask for napkins and small table items. My visit was very unpleasant overall. This place sure went downhill from five years ago.

We went for dinner. It’s very hot in the entire restaurant. I wish I would have tried the pizza but after the two appetizers we tried we no longer wanted to be there. Don’t waste your time with The fried calamari. It was rubbery and disgusting. We also got the buratta which wasn’t bad but it need cracked black pepper and sea salt and they only had table stuff available. The container with the balsamic vinegar leaked all over everything as well. It was a mess and the bread they brought us to the table had burnt edges and was hard to eat.

Finally came in to try this place and was not disappointed. Started off with a caprese salad that was just delicious. Wife and I had are own pizza each which is definitely doable, they're just the right size for most people to eat one on their own. The crust was great and just the right chew to it and flavor. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. Great seating indoors and nice outdoors for when the Temps are lower but there is a fair amount of shade from the trees, plus the misters. Definitely a return spot for pizza.

awesome cozy spot in the historical downtown neighborhood w outstanding pizza. The toast and meatballs for an appetizer was really good. The bread is made in-house and it was toasted enough to be crispy but still slightly soft to eat w the meatballs. For pizza I got half tartufata and half procida. They went together extremely well but still stand up strong separately. I haven't had pizza that tasted like this before and I appreciated that it was unique. The flavors were well balanced that sauces and additional toppings are not necessary. This is a place I'd take my friends who haven't tried it.

Ok, so not 5 stars because the service was not so good, but we have been there before and had better. The big problem was all the food didn't come out at once. As we waited for the other couple ours became super cold and therefore wasn't as fresh when we decided to eat. The waitress came out about 20 minutes later and said the food would be out soon. Having said all this, they did make it up with two free dessert dishes. Based on past experiences, we will give it another try.

We went here with a friend while visiting Phoenix.
We sat outside. The ambience was really nice, and it seemed like a swanky spot. There was live music and water misters to stay cool.
The waiter was nice.
The food, however was lacking. It left a lot to be desired, especially for the price (15 dollars a pizza). Maybe this was just the vegetarian options we ordered. The sauce wasn’t flavorful and the toppings were dry. The cheese was not very flavorful either. However, the crust was very good.
Our friend that ordered a meat-based pizza was much happier with her selection.
We would not come back. However, if you are looking for a hip pizza place to impress, CIBO may be for you.

You can tell effort goes into their food, environment, and the way staff serves you. The laid back environment is relaxing with trees providing comfortable shade. The birds are present but not troublesome, they add to the ambiance only to go after your scraps after you leave.
Their food is made to order, so don't come here expecting quickly made food. Their food was a uncommon experience, not one that starts with a factory. We had their tomato based pizze with spicy salami (forget the name) and added arugula to it. Their calamari is not overbreaded and showed up piping hot.
My only wish is they would have more variety in their lunch menu.

This place was sooo good. A must try for locals and tourists alike. I’d recommend making a reservation if it’s during a busy time. We went on a Tuesday evening without a reservation and got in quickly. The food was exquisite. The customer service was great too. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. Attached pictures show what we got. It was a little irritating paying $2 for a side of banana but it really elevated the dessert. Decent prices for how delicious everything was. Definitely didn’t leave hungry!
