Lunch here today was delicious! They only had a couple of employees but they were hustling butt and took care of my order quickly without compromising quality. I will be back!
Received an offer through the mail for a free half rack of ribs. I thought it was an excellent offer so i used to coupon code online. The order placing experience was easy through the app but the order progress updates wasnt working so i wasnt able to plan my arrival right when the food was ready. I went by the ETA given and it seemed that the food had been sitting for a while before i had got there, affecting the quality. Additional meals (2 meals with 3 ribs each) were included with the order.
The side items; mac&cheese, creamed spinach, coleslaw, bread, and even the fries, were excellent. Then the ribs. Probably one of the worst set of ribs ive eaten. The sauce was fine but wow the meat was tough and barely anything on them. Arent these advertised as "meat fall off the bone" ribs? Definitely have toothpicks on standby or just avoid the ribs completely. Its been a while but i do remember their other meat plates being very tasty so maybe it was a bad day to get the ribs.

I hate to do this, but I really love this chain. Unfortunately this specific location is a nightmare. Food is constantly ruined, burnt or not even available. An ungodly amount of waiting just to get your order in. It needs some managerial executive love. The crew they have now has dropped the ball. My last time going to this location, trust me and avoid this one at 402 E Greenway

While the food held the standard of all Dickeys restaurants I've been to across the nation, the customer service was BY FAR THE WORST. Not a single customer (including myself) was greeted coming through the door or at the counter. They skipped over people in line. They made delivery drivers wait to pass them a bag. They did not tell any customer THANK YOU. You could tell the employees were hot and overwhelmed. I finally received my order and took it home to the family. When we opened the boxes up, we had 3 of 4 items correct. Two pounds of ham were put into our bag instead of two pounds of turkey. That's a big difference when you don't eat ham and left a decent tip for terrible service. I absolutely will not return to this location until management/ownership makes the changes that need to be made.

So I'm giving one star because I really wanted burnt ends and when my food was delivered I open the box to find that they just cut up brisket into smaller pieces. Like I'm sorry I worked for a BBQ place for a while and well I know the difference between brisket and burnt ends. And for them to just cut up brisket and try to pass it off as burnt ends is just sad.and also brisket shouldn't be like chewing rubber. I will never come here again. Back to pork on a fork I go. I will also be recommending to anyone that ask that they go to any other BBQ place then here

Anthony is a best manager. His crews/staffs forgot the rolls which's supposed to come with the pack that I ordered online for delivery. Anthony apologized and personally came to drop those missing items himself at my place because I couldn't go to the store myself and gave me some free dessert and coupon. What an excellent customer service!

The brisket was pretty good, the sides are way too small to be five dollars. The sides were pretty salty, the jalapeño beans were not good at all.. sorry. Not worth the money.

Placed a larger order online, when door dash delivered several items were missing. Called in and spoke with the manager and she not only replaced our missing items she also gave us some dessert. Then on top of everything she drove everything to our home personally. When my wife met her she was very nice and very apologetic. That is a perfect example of how managers should be !

I when to have a take out dinner with my wife we ordered a baked meat potato for her and the meat sampler for me. What a disappointment both were bad the meat in the potato tasted funny to my wife so she tossed it and only ate half of the potato and the sampler the meat was burned and the sausage was greasy I had to toss it also. The sides of green beans and Mac and cheese was horrible. Sorry to say I will not be returning to this location

Terrible. 1/3 of chopped brisket was FAT I had to get rid of. I will not return to Dickie's on Greenway & 7th St in Phoenix, Arizona.
