Alyssa was so SWEET. I called in asking for a fry sauce with my DoorDash order just because I usually know how DoorDash can be with trying to get items that that don’t actual cost anything so I just wanted to call in advance before my order was picked up. Well knowing she and her restaurant did nothing wrong at all she decided to leave me a sweet note anyways along with some gifts that made the meal so much better(and future meals to come)!!!!! So thank you for being so sweet Alyssa! You have admired me to pay it forward!

Yum yum yum!!! Great burgers, great chicken sammiches, great fries (with and without fry sauce), great custard, and great service! A must try!

Terribly overpriced menu, $7.5 for a standard size chicago dog. It tasted like a fast food dog, but priced like a high end restaurant dog. Their basic chicken sandwich is $7.19, when Chick fil a 50 feet over is half the price for better quality. Jokes

Sadly an underwhelming experience. Plainly put they forgot about my wifes order. They remade the entire order since my wifes was made late. Now my patty melt was very good and rated as such. They gave us a couple of vouchers for free meals. That allowed me to rate 3 stars.

Delicious burgers and fries and assortment of desserts. The young staff does a great job working SO hard to serve the large amount of customers they receive. Very clean restaurant and well stocked. One of our favorite places to visit when I go to the movies.

The food is good if not a little overpriced. But the issue is the inconsistency of their hours and lobby availability. Three times I've stopped by only to find the lobby closed due to a shortage of staff. I prefer to dine in and each time I've had to go elsewhere. Soon I'll just stop going at all.

I absolutely love love love Freddy's, and when I learned they opened a location near me in Scottsdale I was so pumped. I have since been deflated . I have only been able to sit inside once in the last 6 times coming here. There's always some excuse why it's closed on the inside, and the drive thru is always swamped because of this. The food is always amazing but I hate that I can't just sit inside and have to drive all the way home before being able to eat.

We usually order delivery, but our 1st time dining in was absolutely perfect!
I believe her name was ‘ALYSSA’’?!,..
She was such a sweetheart, and such a hard worker! She kept busy the whole time we were there, and was just so friendly and helpful throughout our visit!!
Very nice & efficient staff, and fresh made food made exactly how requested!
The inside and outside were very clean, and condiments were well stocked!

Very nice location. The set up is organized and everything looks very clean. Staff is friendly and service always had a smile. Ordered a burger with fries and a concrete for dessert. Highly recommend and would visit again.
