Take it from an Italian from Jersey, What a Mistake, Do Not Order From Here, I has Gone Down Hill Very Quickly... Been Going Here Since they opened their doors, All was good until around two (2) years ago.. Then down and down it went, I grew up in a restaurant, this place has really hit the skids, I am so sorry to all of the people and my Airbnb guests that I have recommended this place, I can guarantee one thing we won't be throwing out any more pizza boxes from our guest suites anymore, I know an Albanian run joint that can make better pie than these guys. Never thought I would say that......... ugh sorry Uncle Sal, and Gramps.....
Giving 1 star is being too generous, but unfortunately, that's the lowest star to give. We ordered a large pie with half cheese and half sausage and mushroom. It took about 45 minutes for them to bring out the pizza. It smelled horrible and tasted just as bad as it smelled. VERY disappointed and will definitely not be returning. The staff did not seem to care about any of the customers either.

Went in tonight for their “Grand Reopening “. This place is disgusting. Dust, and construction debris all over the food prep area and on all the counters. Water from the AC unit leaking onto open electrical sockets. The food is TERRIBLE. They used regular tomato sauce for pizza sauce. Crust is like dry cardboard. I won’t step foot in the dump ever again. Used to be a cool little neighborhood joint but what trash it’s become.

I would like to order your food, because I enjoy your pizza. However, if I can not order online due to being unavailable. Also, the phone line is automated and terminates the call most of the time. I'll have to go with another option. So sad!

This is the best pizza in the valley but the experience you’re gonna get is roll of the dice. Nothing online works. Sometimes they don’t have a pizza maker. It’s kinda a mess but I’m not gonna stop trying because the pizza is incredible.

The pizza was great the one time we had it.
Sadly we’ve tried to order several times since and were either told the place is closed or that they aren’t accepting orders. Website and all links are down for ordering as well. ????????

Isa's is one of the best places in Phoenix for pizza by the slice. The huge 20" slices are even bigger than their usual 18" take out pie because it's too big for the take out boxes!!! But this isn't just the quantity. It's great pizza. The selection (seriously, look at the photo -8 pies!) always includes Nana's Special and, usually the white pie with ricotta, and often eggplant parm, as well as different meat/veggie combos. This is not cheese pizza that they throw some toppings on when they re heat your slice.

I was to hungry and didn't get a picture till I was halfway through, but this was such an amazing pizza. I got a whit pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, and parm. The flavors were so perfect together and the staff were very nice and were very keen on making sure we were enjoying themselves. You could tell they they take pride in thier work with the customer service and food. I'm actually going to get 2 pizzas from them for my birthday and the white pizza is one of them!the 2 slices and a drink for $6 is a steal too and they were kind enough to get me another drink slices my boyfriend and I were sharing.

We used to get pizza from the back door at Aiello's on Central Ave back in the day and it was always delicious. We kind of expected the same from Isa's since I think it is owned by the Aiello's. Last night my husband picked up a pizza to bring home and when we opened the pizza box there was a very greasy pizza! I turned over a slice (pictured) and it was just soaked in grease!! It was repulsive to look at and clearly inedible as if you were to eat it you would probably get sick from all the grease! So no pizza to eat while watching the Phoenix Suns game...a losing night for all!! And when I called to express my distain for what we just paid for, I was politely told they are not affiliated with Aiello's??? That led me to post this complaint publicly in hopes someone will reach out. I do plan on stopping by on my way home from work today to complain in person.
