Came here for a quick happy hour / late lunch. Ordered happy hour priced potato skins (two potatoes cut in half for a total of four skins). Came with cheese, bacon and sour cream which was on the side. Also ordered happy hour priced house margaritas.
Food and drink quality was above average, which was great for the happy hour pricing. The service was good as we were able to get a table quickly despite the business of the local convention events.
My only gripe is a second margarita that was ordered but was never delivered. By the time the server followed up on it, it was too late and time to go…. Maybe next time?
Stopped in for a bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised. Seated promptly and the air conditioning temperature was perfect. The restaurant was clean and tables were cleared in a very timely manner. Ordered the Washington Street burger medium rare with fries. The best burger I have eaten in a long time. The fries were spot on! Marissa, our server was awesome. I almost wanted to order another...the meal was that good. Hats off to the chef! Great customer service!!

Great quick lunch while we were at convention. Majerle's Sports Grill was established in Downtown Phoenix in 1992. Owner and Phoenix Suns legend Dan Majerle has grown Majerle's to 4 locations!
Staff super nice, service really prompt, food accurately described from menu. Within walking distance of both Hyatt and convention center.

Lots of open tables, plenty of staff, yet waiting for more than 30 minutes even though they set the table for our party of 5.

In town for a convention?
Want to get terrible service, be threatened by management, and have no itemized bill shown to you?
This is the place for all that!!!
Details follow.
I didn't like it when the waitress refused to show us an itemized receipt. I really didn't like it when the manager ditched us and went out the back door. I didn't like it when the General Manager came out yelling at me. I didn't like how my party was discriminated against because of our appearance. I didn't like being threatened by the general manager and being told in front of a room full of people "Who do you think the cops are going to believe a business that has been here for thirty years or you?"
Oh and the bathroom was out of towels, so one of the employees went into a stall and handed me some toilet paper. Nicest guy there.
Tacos were edible. Water tastes terrible and leaves a nasty aftertaste that does not go away easily.

We were downtown going to the Herberger Theater and arrived early. A local Phoenix Ambassador on Second street highly recommended this restaurant.
Parking is an issue, but we already parked free on the street after 5 PM. We were pleasantly surprised that we had no problem getting a seat even with the NCAA Regional games on television. We actually were able to eat and watch a game there. No rush to throw us out. Pleasant experience. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Stopped in for a quick bite and had a great lunch. Reuben sandwich ????, Hamburger ????, and a big Nacho plate. Everyone was happy with their choice. Lot's of televisions playing different games. The owner, basketball ???? legend Dan Majerle stopped by our table to see how it was...just kidding, but I wish he did. Our waitress Madison was awesome!
