So obviously I didn’t actually read any reviews before my husband and I decided to have lunch there today. Neither one of us speak Spanish and our waitress didn’t speak English. ????????♀️ I do have a translator app so I wasn’t too worried. Even though she said she didn’t speak English she actually did know most key words so it ended but being fine. The odd thing is all the signs in the bar are in English. There is nothing to indicate otherwise. Lol
Our waitress, Ivonne, took very good care of us. Refilled our drinks frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was a lot better than I was anticipating. Plus the prices were reasonable, at least for what we had. Cheese sticks were around $5! They were really good too. I have a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and my husband had chicken strips. Both were very good and good quality. I would definitely recommend but speaking Spanish is definitely a plus.

Not too many of the servers speak English and none of them appeared to want to serve our family. They made us feel unwelcomed. One of the servers eventually took us and he was pleasant.

Their wings are bomb. Their entertainment is very exciting and their customer service is great! I always look forward to visiting Oasis.

A Spanish-speaking culturally based some what exicted staff and some what clean restaurant or restrooms, shout out to the bilingual Security team who are the first line of defense specially the ones that are ethically "security minded", "punctual" and makes a difference by there "customer service". And don't focuses on favoritism ????

Went in to have a bloodymary the server said OK and walked away. She then came back and asked if everything was ok. I said I ordered a bloodymary and she said she couldn't understand me. I left without any service. Sad to go to a bar and leave because of that kind of service.

Looked for a nice date night place. I'm from out of town, found oasis off Google. Tryed the oysters from pics off Google, yum omg. Friend got the backed fish with Chipotle sauce, such a big plate so good. I got the taco Tuesday deal. 3 tacos turned into 6. Omg so dam good. Would so recommend to anyone looking for a great local pit stop.

I went to this place three times while in Phoenix, mostly on account of its location, but also because of the seafood dishes. I particularly liked a spicy shrimp dish that was served with rice, tortillas and a salad. Fantastic! The shrimp, squid and octopus combo is also good. The place has an authentic Mexican ambience. Music can be loud at times, but I actually liked it. It may be less suitable if you want to have a quiet conversation with someone. Prices are lower than average for Phoenix, so I would consider Oasis good value. The neighborhood is OK but not great.

Food is good but the customer service is horrendous and basically nonexistent. The waitress was so rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered with us. We had to beg for every little thing, I've never seen anything like it. The service was so bad that it's not even worth the food, unless you get it to go or something. Also the music is so loud you have to scream.

Great selection on the menu, being from Canada we were looking for something local. There was a live band playing, music was very loud and after a long day travelling, didn’t want to go in. The security guard, made recommendations, took our order and let us sit outside and wait. Food was great! Portions were large and prices were reasonable. Would love to return one day!

Had a great time at this bar and grill. Service was great food was phenomenal and appetizing. We order some sushi that was amazing but it was quite spicy but not to spicy that I couldn't enjoy it. They aldo have karaoke and it gets poppin here. They have 2 pool table among other things lol. Waitresses wore their face masks and were on top if their service. Defenitly will be back soon ????
