I worked at another Ono location many years ago. I had never had Hawaiian-style food back then but I quickly loved it. I have many good memories of my days there as do my friends.
I hadn’t eaten here in a while since the one closest to me closed. I dragged my boyfriend along and he ordered the chicken combo. I had the Katsu chicken and pork. The macaroni salad is the only one I’ve ever liked and it tasted exactly as I remember it! The chicken Katsu was crispy and moist while the pork was flavorful. I think my boyfriend liked the Katsu but I’m not sure that he was a big fan of the Hawaiian bbq chicken. I wasn’t thrilled at the lack of cleanliness I saw in the dining room but at least the food was good. ????

The only bummer about this place is that it’s so popular and busy at times the wait can be long. Other than that, it’s delicious and the staff at this location is awesome! We catered from here for a work event and the staff was extra helpful getting food loaded and even helped fix a mistake we made when ordering.

We've been coming to Ono 18 of the 20 years they've been open. (Only 18 because I didn't know about them before 2004!) They catered our wedding in 2006, my in-laws' 50th anniversary party at our house last May, and for the first time we had Ono on our trip to Disneyland last October since they were across the street from the Peacock Suites! When we think of Ono, we don't only think delicious, but also fun times with friends and family!

Fire chicken is FIRE! It's been a while since I have been as satisfied as i was with this chicken! I am IN LOVE! I am only upset that I couldn't finish all the food that they serve! Moste definitely will come back just for this chicken!

The food is delicious…if they ever actually get your order right and after waiting 30 minutes past your pickup time. We have eaten here at least ten times, and not once has it been a good experience. Understaffed, mismanaged, slow. I’m done giving them my money.

Food tasted fine, I am having Hawaiian food for the first time, so not the best judge, without reference.. simple straightforward cuisine going by what I got served here..
I ordered crispy shrimp and kalbi short ribs.. the shrimp was too oily.. hope I can go to real Hawaii soon and taste food there..

To go order for BBQ mix and Katsu, it was good as usual, just 4 stars for hair in my foods. I don’t get disgusted by those so much but needs more caution for the team here! Thanks

Wow! The food was amazing and such a great price for the quantity and the quality! We ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Mix plate and the Island White fish & BBQ chicken Combo plate. The wait was long but it's definitely worth it! Definitely will come again next time when we visit Phoneix, AZ.
