Really good BBQ but the portions got smaller over the years. $18 for BBQ and you get More pork to compensate for the 2 strips of brisket. We can see what your doing. Give us the delicious BBQ that we want.
Nothing special about this spot. Brisket was 5/10 but the sides were terrible. Green beans tasted like canned beans boiled for hours and potato salad way undercooked to the point I had to return it. If this was good BBQ the parking lot would be busy at 6pm on a Saturday I should have taken the clue when I saw three cars. I won't return.

If you've never been to Pork on the Fork, where have you been??? Some of the best BBQ you will have!!
We have picked up food from their food truck and we have visited the location in North Phoenix. The meats are full of flavor, never dry and always a generous portion. We have tried several sides but our favorite is the Mac n cheese and the fries.
Oh and the staff... amazing! Always friendly and very helpful when we can't decide what we want. The location in North Phoenix is always clean and has plenty of seating.
Overall a must try!!

Long wait and they had already run out of brisket for the day, but thankfully that made my lunch decision easier. I had the sausage sandwich and it was delicious with a side of fries and Mac and cheese. Great place with RC Cola!

Are you from the south?! You have got to try the baked beans!!!!!! The curly fries are HUGE and they are dropped when you order them. So super fresh!! They have this monster sandwich that comes with coleslaw and jalapenos that you put on. The queso sauce is already on it but I kinda wish I would remember my smoke sauce mixed with a little vinegar for it. The Mac and cheese is cooked fresh batch to batch and the prices are not over the top like honey B .... Honey B is good too, but not like pork on a fork. My other half gets food for dinner when we come. The kids menu is perfect and if you have a small stomach like I do, you can have them add an extra side and you can have 1 3 meat meal and it's enough for 2. Just saying. Enjoy the amazing food from this hidden gem and it's a place you can show your friends for the first time and they WILL talk about how bomb the brisket is too

I ordered the brisket sandwich, a side of curly fries and mac n cheese. My wife ordered the brisket sandwich, potato salad and a cornbread muffin. The brisket was good, was tender and well seasoned with good smoke. The sides on the other hand were all a let down. All the sides were under seasoned. They sprinkled some type of seasoning on the top of the Mac n cheese and potato salad but once that seasoning is gone the food is so bland. The mac n cheese is just an outright lie because there is no flavor or ability to visually see that cheese exists in their dish. It legitimately looks and taste like overcooked noodles held in a steam table that starts to take on a slight scorches flavor of food kept In a steam table that is too hot for too long. Given the price and the quality we won't be going back.

Really good food but the girl preparing/serving the meat had TERRIBLE dandruff and no hair net!! Disgusting! Definitely a huge turnoff when you’re excited to try a new place

The deluxe platter is most excellent. It comes with pulled chicken and pork with 3 large slices of some of the best brisket around. The sides are also incredible! Green beans have such a buttery, smokey n a dash of spice. Mac n cheese is tasty; mashed taters remind me of Thanksgiving dinner. This place is a MUST for any BBQ aficionado.
EDIT 2022: portions have been reduced and flavors of the meat not as great as they were. Green beans are still great though!

This place was FANTASTIC!! the prices are great, the meats are amazing, and the environment is pretty nifty.
EDIT - this place has changed. The portions have gotten smaller, the prices have gone up. The quality of the cook on the brisket seems to have dropped. As of 4/16/22 I'd say this place would be best used for catering as opposed to ordering a sample platter or bowl. The pork still kills, the sausage is great, and the chicken slaps. The brisket is hit or miss. Pictures include are 3/2, meaning three shots are from our initial visit, and the other 2 are from 4/16/22. You can see the portion differences.

The meat fell off the bone but it was a bit over cooked at some parts. The ribs had great flavor. The brisket was tender and full of flavor. Great seasoning and creaminess of the Mac and cheese. The hot BBQ sauce and sweet were both excellent. The cornbread was fresh and delicious!
