Love this place! Great portion size for the price. Amazing quality food. Make sure you come for their daily happy hour. Half off all drinks, sandwiches, egg rolls, etc. Service was also really great!

Crazy good. Dont know how else to describe. Vietnamese coffee and thai teas are excellent. Banh mi are delicious. Vermicelli bowls were very generous portion size. Didn't try the pho but several patrons were raving about it. Everything is reasonably priced. Friendly staff and great service. Definitely worth stopping in.

I got the Saigon Sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The sandwich was a winner; the bahn mi style bread was crisp and toasted, the meat was savory with a tangy sauce and crisp julienned carrots and cucumbers. Very tasty. I'm not usually a sweet potato fries guy, but these were excellent, crispy skinned with soft interiors.
I was there very early in the day so I may have been the first customer served. The guy at the counter was attentive and helpful and the food came out quickly. I enjoyed my meal at Saigon Bistro immensely and hope to be able to dine here again soon.

I love the convenience and location of this place! The vegan pho has tons of tofu and veggies (more than other places & fresh). The pho is delicious, well-balanced, and I find myself stopping by weekly! The shrimp rolls are addictive and seem homemade! The team is consistent, welcoming, and provide great service. As a seasoned chef, I can attest that everything I've had was clearly freshly prepared with care.

This place is ???? ???? ????. Their shaking beef, also known as Bo Luc Lac is the best I've had in the Valley. I'm from ISt. Louis and we are known for our great Chinese food places and I've been let down for the most part out here. This Vietnamese restaurant has some of the best fried rice I've had ever let alone in the Valley. Love this spot. I ate most of it so don't worry about portions ????

Really, good fresh vietnamese food and it's very reasonably priced as well. They have a "happy hour" from 2pm to 5pm where it's 1/2 priced for banh mi, spring rolls, appetizers, boba and other drinks. Great deal! Also their dining room is super clean, and the staff is nice, friendly and quick to service!

It’s hard to eat while your salivating but I will try my best… holy cow I’m eating the caramelized salmon with garlic noodles. This is the best salmon I have ever eaten. And have been a cook at a seafood restaurant.. that means something. Found my new go to

Pork Bahn Mi was apsolutly disgusting It's not even close to what they took a picture of... I mean i know they just opened but the pork was literally 5 day old Chinese boneless spare ribs from a collage dorm. I literally had to throw it away. All cilantro. 1 carrot.. nothing else. Basic grocery store bun that was the best thing I tasted before the garage did. My dog wouldn't even eat the pork if that says anything... Just nasty dried chunks of jerky that wasn't even edible. Won't ever go back to this place 100 spots that are better in the Valley.

A great find. Friendly staff and very great food. The Filet Mignon Fried rice was a real hit. The meat was very tender and had a nice flavor to it. Generous portion sizes as well. Will visit again!
