I had a forced overnight layover in Phoenix and was put up close by. At 10 pm, there aren’t a lot of walk-in dining options. So I chose to give it a try.
Had a pint of Guinness. Perfectly drawn. Great temp. Wanted something to eat that wasn’t overly heavy, which looks challenging on this menu. Bartender was very attentive and suggested a bowl of Irish stew. It was great. Just want I needed.
The atmosphere here seems great. Security out front provides some peace of mind. TVs were showing a variety of sports. Lots of people visiting and having a good time. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely hit this place up regularly.
Had dinner shrimp and chips before Duran concert. we stayed next door first time here , fast friendly service be back soon

A must visit for anyone and everyone. This pub is the most welcoming place despite it having the “local bar” vibe. Authentic Irish pub is an understatement. The bartender Matt is terrific, we told him “surprise me” on our next round and my my did he give us a wonderful drink. It’s called “Matt’s Medicine” which is a must try. The drink is great relief from the Arizona sun and heat. I will definitely return. You will not regret coming here! I’d say this is the perfect place to experience an authentic Irish pub in the SW. No foofoo, no bougie, just a welcoming experience, that’s affordable and a great time. Go here for good drinks and great Irish food!

If you are ever in Phoenix and have a craving for authentic Irish fare in a classic pub setting, then Seamus is where you must go. Seamus is comfort all-around -- comfort food, comfortable environment, homey, and a place where you just might make a few friends. The service is friendly, the staff actually seems to care about their customers, and the food is, well, awesome!!!
We tried the Irish nachos and steak & Guinness boxty. Wow! Serving sizes are generous and the flavors come through wonderfully. I happen to really like a good boxty and had to try their steak boxty. You could taste the Guinness in the gravy and the potato pancake on top was soft, flavorful, and delicious. The homemade Irish soda bread was soft and a great dunking device in the boxy gravy. The same goes for the Irish nachos. Large portions, great flavors, and just oh so satisfying.
This is the way any restaurant should operate. With authenticity, with care, and with love. Seamus does it right.

Lovely Irish pub with great food and atmosphere to boot. Highly recommend. Cornbeef & cabbage is perfectly cook , fish & shrimp with chips is delicious. Not overly priced or crowed. We will definitely be coming back.

The girl at the front desk of the Hyatt hotel recommended this place and she wasn't wrong. Fabulous food. Great atmosphere.

Food was good. The lady bartender couldn’t properly pour a Guinness and cider. She casually acknowledged it, but didn’t offer to redo it. So I ordered a bud heavy. Then the guy bartender asks if I’m done, I said yes, and I was gonna say something else and he railroaded right over me and ignored what I said. You can find a better place in this town.

The food was above average. The service and speed of service was excellent. We visited on a Thursday night at 7:00 with no wait.

Food was pretty overdone. Chicken strips were dry. Frys were thick and salty though.
Took a while to get a single beer. Went outside to soak up the town, but it was crowded. Not bad for something quick after the show's over.
Live music was THE BEST part.

I always love the food here. There isn’t anything on their menu that has disappointed me so far. My boyfriend and I have been coming here a lot this past year and plan on eventually trying everything on their menu. So far, we’ve had the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, Fish & Chips (one of our favs and I’m now a fan of coleslaw after trying theirs with this dish), Irish Nachos, Rueben Sandwich, Philly Cheesesteak, and Corned Beef & Cabbage (lives up to its reputation and the fresh slice of their Irish soda bread and butter they serve with it is amazing; it just crumbles it your mouth). FYI: Best steak fries around.
