Terrible experience by far! My family and I ate lunch here today (Saturday July 9th, 2022).
1st, the girl behind the cash register taking our order kept having us repeat the order even as we spoke very clear and slow.
2nd, we went to sit down at a table and one of the employees (I’m assuming) was taking a break and sitting between the only two booths that were available. We asked him if we could sit down at one of them and he seemed put out. The first table was broken and literally falling over and our food went everywhere. We moved to the other table as the employee went to get up and walk outside. As we’re sitting there we noticed ants everywhere and even on the table. Our food was finally brought to us about 15 minutes later.
Shortly in to our meal my children found hair in both of their burgers, very gross!
Then the girl behind the counter brought out our shakes, what a disappointment. They were only half full (literally) which whatever, not a huge deal. After not finishing our meal and just walking out (on a $60 lunch) we were enjoying the shakes until we discovered some kind of marshmallow, chewy things that were uneatable.
Long story short, we would not recommend this location. As far as the other locations of Smashburger, I can’t speak to them as we have never had them before.

Very bad today. No clean tables and trash still on them. For some reason every trash can was blocked off. The women restrooms was also closed. My wife received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of an original so the order wasn’t right. My food wasn’t good either I felt bad wasting almost 30 dollars in food. very disappointed and not the experience I was hoping for. Good luck
The workers were nice and genuinely seemed to care. Its a chain restaurant management needs to get it together

Had a horrible experience. Ordered 2 burgers and fries. Bacon on the burger was way under cooked and really fatty. The burger on the other hand was WELL DONE. Really disappointing. The fries were hours old and had been under the heat lamp for a long time. It looked like they were remodeling, but just a really bad experience. I would have asked to remake the food, but it seemed like we were inconveniencing the staff and I really didn't want spit in my food.

Not only is this the wrong burger completely but am I really supposed to want to eat this?? Do you get the name SMASH burger because you serve completely smashed cold burgers???
I ordered a bbq bacon burger with onion straws on a brioche bun and got this instead…

This place is unfinished and should not be open. I have been waiting over 20 minutes in the store for an online order that was placed 40 minuets ago. I can hear them remaking it each time. Very very poorly run. Half of the menus are not working. Concrete dust on the floor. Etc.
I can hear the staff swearing and talking about my order since there is no music etc. And I am the only one here.

Really like their smash fries. I get three large orders every time, but that's also the only thing we get. Over time we've tried their regular burgers, black bean burgers (which contain cheese in the patty btw; not vegan/lactose intolerant friendly), and the fish sandwich they had for Lent. All were really fresh and ingredients were quality, but for the price, it was quite bland. Will continue going just for fries.

Was on vacation stopped there on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm and nobody else there and (we found out why), terrible service with the ordering process, didn't get our order right and completely missed one order!! Food wasn't bad but service is really bad. Too many other Burger places out there to waste our time giving this SmashBurger another chance.

Smash fries are the absolute best! I also like their California Crispy Club (bacon , avacado, lettuce, mayo) so good! It's been a while since I have gotten a piece of meat this big (see photo - was bigger than my hand by far) they never skimp out on the meat . They roll the burgers in a nice wrapper that you unroll as you eat so it doesn't create a mess which is nice too. Delicious for at every location I've been to. Go get, even it's just for the Smash Fries!

Love these burgers! They are not very thick but still tasty. I like the egg bun they use it's so soft! It's a different spin on a burger. I'm not big on burger's but this one never disappoints when I'm craving one. Friendly service coupled with great food is always a winning combo. This location does just that! This is my fav the Buffalo blue burger.
