Was greeted by Erin on a Sunday after 15 mins. She slapped 2 napkins down and asked what we’re drinking. She ran away, nothing else.
I watched her chatty and smiley with the people at the bar, actually offer a personality!
Back at our table, it was like she was doing a dine and dash, or like she had a problem with us not being a regular.
My friend and I actually asked HER name. We tried to engage her for some polite chat and a menu maybe. We eventually got our own menus. And we eventually ordered food after 2 or 3 fly by trips, but it was so forced, and so unpleasant watching her discriminate.
She only ordered one drink on our last round, so my friend went up to the bar where she was within earshot of everyone else, and it was “Babe” this and “Thank you” that…
Table next to us looked like they were getting the same treatment. My point? Hire an actual server for your “busy” Sundays (seen busier, been treated better still).
We moved to PHX recently and like the Burg Sports Grill. It’s a nice little local watering hole with pretty good food and service.

Bartender w the hat super great. But flat club soda, and a regular crowd that will cause you to leave skid marks outta there. Don't go after dark either. Over run by rude, loud bikers who race thru parking lot w LOUD bikes. Wouldn't leave my car parked for fear of theft and/or getting hit. Regulars ruined it for all.

Reason for my 2 star posting. I left a hat behind after breakfeast. They found the hat and set it out in the open for anyone to take instead of putting it behind the bar or in the office. When I came by the next day, someone had stolen it. The reason they didn't put it in the office is because "...the office is really tiny and it would be filled with hats" I probably gave 3x the $80 that the hat costs in tips just this year for breakfeast on Sunday alone. Say goodbye to your Sunday breakfeast family in the corner.

Small sports grill inside plaza. Has a nice small outdoor patio with much more seating inside as well by the bar. Cookie sunday was delicious. Drinks and food were at averahe pricing. The staff was kind and friendly.

PREFACE: Staff acknowledged shortcomings due to staffing and admittedly a large room to cover. Compensation was offered and I declined. It's not why I do reviews.
Brealfast chorizo skillet was really good and really really small. Staying for Sunday Football I aaked for a lunch menu. Had to ask two different people and it took 20 minutes to get the menu.
In 3 hours I was never aaked if I wanted anything else. I had to flag someone down and hope my order was placed.
Service was friendly from what I could tell but near non existant for myself.
The parmesan wings had no flavor at all. Very dissapointing.

First time in and we were impressed by the food! Loralee ordered the melt burger and I went with the bbq burger. Both were amazing and come with two patties. We look forward to our next visit to try another of the daily specials, our first visit happened to be $3 off burgers Monday.
