Came here for our second wedding anniversary and we were served by Joseph. He made sure our experience was above and beyond. He was knowledgeable on all the items and drinks. We are making this our regular spot for anniversaries and celebrations. 10/10

Pure food critic review. Not interested in judging their service. To sum, if you plan to come for a top tier steak, forget about it.
On the bright side, doneness is perfect. Other than that everything else is mediocre.
Filet mignon is like a 10-20 dollar retail price quality steak. Not very tender, no flavor or a hint of umami. The onion was unevenly sautéed, look at picture some were overly charred while others barely cooked. Very poor cutting skills as well.
Truffle fries were very grease, a sign of lack of temperature control (too low).
Again, most customers probably don’t care about food quality. So they may have their niche market.

Fabulous dinner with wonderful service from Joseph. Everything was fresh and delicious. My 14oz steak was perfectly cooked. Great salads. Coconut cream pie was wonderful!

A very very good restaurant..this was a second visit and we had the same professional service. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Accommodated a birthday celebration and helped with lighting the cake. Had the Seared Citrus Glazed Salmon with mashed potatoes, it was worth every dollar.. will visit again.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Capital Grille for my birthday ????. The staff made me feel extra special with their table decor and dessert tray.
My sirloin & Australian lobster tail special was absolutely the way I love to eat steak with lobster tail. I missed out on lobster bisque this time but their lobster mac was delicious. My Bohemian cocktail hit all the right tones for me, too. Very happy experience! Can't wait to try them again.

We came here to celebrate our 28th anniversary and they did not disappoint. We were seated immediately and the table was decorated with confetti, a rose and a card congratulating us on our anniversary. They made the night even better with their outstanding service and food made to perfection. Kevin our waiter was great at explaining all our options and showed us what a great waiter/waitress should always be.
We started with the French onion soup which was amazing, I’m going to dream about that soup tonight and my husband had the Cesar salad. Next was the lobster and filet with roasted mushrooms. We never had to ask for refills staff was very attentive. They topped the night with dessert which was beyond delicious. We can’t wait to come back for my birthday! Thank you for making our anniversary day even better.

Melissa was amazing and our dinners were absolutely perfect. I got the surf n turf special and my husband got the sliced filet. He can be hard to please with food and he RAVED. Mine was delicious and well exceeded my expectations. Could not recommend more!!!

Our party of four had an amazing experience at Capital Grille (Camelback). The staff were extremely accommodating for all of our special requests and the food was excellent. I had the bone in ribeye and the flavor was mouth watering. Gina (server), Luis (assistant), and Steven (manager) provided the best restaurant service I've experienced in a long time. We were all truly impressed and will definitely return to this restaurant. Thank you Gina!

Great experience visiting and having delicious food. They definitely go the 3 extra steps for any and all special events! I took my parents here for their birthdays and we all loved it! Definitely the only restaurant that has sent me a THANK YOU card!

Fantastic meal! I couldn't decide which I liked better, the steak or the lobster. Both were incredible. The lobster Mac n cheese was also amazing. Finished the meal off with a delicious creme brulee. Definitely recommend.
