Shake shack is yummy yummy in my tummy tummy. I would highly recommend! Burgers and nuggets are really good too. Forgot to take pictures because it looked so good I ate it too fast! So just imagine it being that good. Get a shake, get a burger, get some yummy fries and then take a nap because you will be fulfilled after!

Convenient Central Phoenix location on corner of Central & Camelback Road. This spot is great for families, friend groups & even kiddos out on their bikes for a meet & greet with fries & sodas.

Burgers were perfectly made & tasty. Fries were crispy crinkle cut & there were plenty of them in one order. They offer a variety of shakes, made with custard which were very rich & delicious. Ordered a Rootbeer float, also made with vanilla custard, which was perfect. Note: Custard in lieu of ice cream is served here in their shakes & floats which is rich & sweet.

Cashier, Yani, was so friendly & even brought us a small spoon of frozen custard to decide if it was 'like ice-cream' to see if we wanted it in our shake.....Did we like it? YES! Very rich & tasty. Got to give this fun place 5-stars for food and friendliness.

Fabulously greasy burgers, fries, shakes served by sullen, discourteous, but competent staff.

Everything is wonderfully greasy (tastes like the most delicious early grave). Everything glistens w/liquid joy (fat) - burgers, fries, trays, wrappers, napkins, people’s hands/clothes… mmmm….

More expensive than Smash, etc, but definitely as good or better.

Only downer is staff. Service was accurate and not slow - but interactions were definitely unwelcoming. Cashier was impatient and focused squarely on pushing folks faster (oddly, with no line) - but of course she remembered to prompt you to fill in a tip. Picking up from the window, sullen teen proceeded to gruffly tell me to “put it in there” when i tried to hand her the pager (definitely the what’s-wrong-w-you-don’t-you-where-that-goes? look and tone. Probably a sign of the times.

Overall, it was a bad overall experience for the $, but a good food experience for sure. So many strong burger options nearby, I don’t see myself returning - especially as the downturn starts sorting the wheat from the chaff in the service industries.

For the last 2 weekends, I've been in burger heaven. I live in the West Valley so I was excited to find a burger place that was not a big chain restaurant all over the valley. At first bite, I questioned if I was eating real meat. It's real meat! This place did not disappoint. The burger (shack burger) and fries (cheese fries) were made to order and fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and the decor was nice. I will say if you are tall, watch the metal foot under the table. It hurts like hell. Although it wasn't super busy, the customer service was great. I noticed that my husband was given a nickname for his order. I thought that was super cool. See picture. All in all, great experience and when we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

This was my first time having shake shack and I am impressed. The burgers are really amazing. I didn’t get a shake but next time I will be having their shakes and a burger. It was very filling and quick service. They had our order correct and we enjoyed the fries and cheese. Higher end burger but worth it and they serve wine and other adult drinks.

Fries were okay. Didn't have much seasoning on it. Just salt. My added ketchup idea for more flavor brought the taste up. The cheese on the burger looked and tasted cheap. It was really yellow and felt kind of hard on my fingers. I didn't know I had to order tomatoes with lettuce separately so I did. But at no cost. The tomatoes tasted like tomatoes. The lettuce could have been a better quality as it looked like it was beaten inside the bag it was in. So it had marks on it. The patty was very slim so the burger ended up breaking apart. Chopped pickled cherry peppers tasted fine but personally I don't commened them on the burger. More shake sauce would have been just fine. I give the burger a 5/10 all in all.
After the burger I decided to try out one of their popular milkshakes. Chocolate Churro Shake. After the first sip I immediately tasted the cinnamon crumbles. The cinnamon was overpowering at first. But shortly after some sips i started to taste the waffle cone crumbles with less of the cinnamon flavor and more of a hot cinnamon back bite flavor. Little by little I did begin to taste the dark choclote from the sides of the cup. The Shake wasn't very thick. But easy enough to drink it through straw. I give the Shake a 5/10 over all.

The service was great. I give it a 3.5/5

All in all my review speaks for it self. I would still comeback and try some of the other things on the menu. The burger themed restaurants are vast in Phoenix so its a competition as who can offer the exceptional burger tasting experience. That being said I give Shake Shack a 3/5.

We waited about 45 minutes for our food, there were only 2 customers ahead of us and both had small orders as well. The food was delicious, but extremely disappointing. I think if we hadn't waited so long we may have felt differently. The fries were delicious, but cold. The burger was also delicious, but very small and definitely overpriced. The burger was basically a glorified slider. The shake was delicious. Overall a delicious meal, but it was cold, overpriced and the wait for it was long. We definitely left hungry and unsatisfied.

Great food and great shakes, just as you would expect from a place like this. The location is clean and has nice modern decor. Efficient registers for orders. Online order pickup area. While it gets busy here in waves, the staff goes through crowds in a swift and polite manner. Definitely a good spot to visit.

Just do it. Can’t decide where to eat? Just go here. You will not be disappointed. Perfect burgers, delicious fries, and friendly staff is all you’ll find at this Shake Shack.

Copious amount of onion, ample avocado, layers of crisp bacon, all on top of a perfectly cooked burger. What more could you ask for? I had the bacon cheese fries to go and they even put the cheese & bacon on the side so your deliciously crisp fries aren’t soggy by the time you get home (miniature wooden fork included)!

Just eat here and save the disappointment from that subpar burger joint you were thinking about.

P.S. ask for their herb-mayo dipping sauce.

First time here with my friend. Pretty good place. Ordered the DBL Smoke Shack burger with fries and a chocolate shake. The burger was good, I liked the toppings including the red diced chili's (I think it was chili's), the sauce, bacon, and melted cheese. What we both loved was the crinkle fries! Crispy golden with a perfect texture inside with a seasoned flavor. The chocolate shake has a malt flavor to it, very good! Again, the fries ????! Thank You staff, see you again!
