NO STARS - Less than an hour ago, I ordered a Club Sandwich and a BLT, both on toast. The bread was actually dry and stale, not toasted. The bacon was refrigerator cold, no mayo no nothing. The French fries were the oldest ones in the building. Not to mention the sign says wait to be seated and everyone looks at you but no one seats you. So now I'm at Wendy's.
Large selection of food and drinks. We enjoyed the Focaccia wraps. My Steak Focaccia was tender and a bit messy, because they cut it into quarters. I will ask that it be cut in half next time.
My Margarita was made to order on the rocks and excellent (Zipps features frozen margaritas).
Christy, the bar tender was very accommodating. We will return.
Update 9Aug22: we have returned several times and tried the chili chicken egg rolls (pictured below as served and sliced open to apply the sauce) and we shared a BLT with 1/4 lb of bacon.

Always a good time. I love the Zipparita! They’re good is homemade. Ranch and blue cheese from scratch. Damn near every imaginable popular beer in stock. Their own beer. All the liquors you could need. Any drink possible. Good is delicious, a little plain, but why have both food and drink specials daily. This location is by far the nicest. Awesome area too at Park Central, I can walk here. This is my go to local bar, I highly recommend them ????

We stopped here for some drinks. We ended up hanging out for a couple hours and played some games. The environment was good. I decided to order wings. After waiting 25 minutes the server brought out some pretzels and apologized for the wait and said our wings would be right out. After waiting 40 minutes I told the waitress I wanted my check because I had to go. She stood at the kitchen, until the wings were ready, which was about another 5 minutes. We watched her the whole time. When she brought the wings I asked for the manager. I told the manager I wanted a discount because of the wait. She replied, that's why I gave you the pretzels. If I wanted pretzels I would have ordered them. I believe the waitress just forgot the order, but whatever the reasoning it took over 40 minutes for wings, is not acceptable service.

Stopped at Zipps like I usually do every weekend. Normally, I get good customer service and have never had any issues. Today was different, the employees, I could tell didn’t want want to be at work. The food that they served me was cold, I could tell they’ve been sitting out for a while. I understand it’s not the bartenders fault but the cooks should be embarrassed to even serve food like that. When I brought it to the attention of the female bartender, she acted as if I was bothering her and she had attitude about it. I was hesitant on even saying anything only because I got a bad vibe from the employees but it needed to brought to someone’s attention. One of the employees told me that they were forced by management to come in at 6am, even though they worked late the night before, so they were all exhausted. So with that being said, I don’t blame the employees, this is a management problem on how they’re treating there employees. It’s unacceptable to run a business like that, if you expect your employees to treat the customers good then you have to start with taking care of your employees.

My husband and I come here a lot for lunch. Yesterday was one of our worst experiences at this place. The Bartender Nellie was very rude from the time we walked in till the time we left. From here on out we will not come to this location if she is working. Me and my husband always share a plate, we never get our own plate as we cannot eat that much food. When we asked her for what we wanted she proceeded to tell us that we would be charged extra for doing that. She told us that it was a rule here. I said so we can’t order anything then? She said you can but you will be charged extra. We both said we have been here several times before and they have never got told that. She said well I follow the rules here and that’s the rule. We told her then we don’t want anything. She rolled her eyes and walked away. She was not pleasant and was rude when we first walked up and ordered a drink. Very disappointed and if we go there again and she is the bartender we are just going to walk right back out and go somewhere else. Very first time we were disappointed at this place and she is the reason.
So you encourage them to decline a meal if we don’t do a split meal???? Because we split a meal for a reason and she declined to give us anything unless we split it.

This was a poor experience. There was no wait to be seated, which was good. The major concern was our wait time. We had five in our party and only four of us ordered. After an hour without receiving our food the waitress admitted she made a mistake and didn't push our order through. The manager said they would offer us one free dessert for our wait. Not a very generous offer considering our order still had to be made after that.
Another 42 minutes went by before we started to receive our food. It came out two plates at first. Then another five minutes and another dish and then a couple minutes later for the last.
The food was not good quality at this location either. At the end of the night the manager came by and stated we needed to pay our entire bill and offered us Zipps cash to come back in the future.
My concern is we wait over an hour and 45 minutes to receive our food and then we get money certificates to come back? Just not a great experience.
The manager then took another 15 minutes to get get the Zipps cash and bring out the bill so we could pay and leave.
While Emma (our waitress) was very friendly and mistakes happen, the way the management handled the issue was not at all effective.
I definitely do not recommend this location.

First time at this location and didn't see inside cause it was packed and we're seated outside. New location has the food dialed in, onion rings were perfect and the Monaco Focaccia didn't disappoint. Make sure to get extra jalapeno sauce. 4 star is just due to wait time.

Awesome inexpensive bar lounge. Great place to experience game day/night. There was plenty of seating available at time of visit. Food is great with a variety of selection. Average prices of plates $8-13. Customer service was friendly and great and even attentive. Facility and bathrooms was clean. It is a little hidden however a gemstone to visit
