First timer at Longhorne. We were there by 12:00 for lunch which was good timing for immediate seating on a Saturday afternoon. Our server Lauren was attentive, pleasant, helpful, and so on point with her service. We started with appetizers and the entrees were not too far behind. The presentation of the mushrooms appetizer could use some help but otherwise everything else was delicious and to our liking. Left around 2:00-2:30 and the waiting area was packed, I was so glad we got there earlier.

Yesterday I visited restaurant. First of all I'd like to thank for the service. It was very good. Second one is steaks. That was amazing. I think it was one of the best place I have visited this year. Third one is the price. Price was very acceptable. For 3 person and 2 kids we have paid totally 146$ and got even take away. I recommend this place to everyone

I love Longhorns steaks..always did and always will. My normal used to be the TBone steak but since I've had the Outlaw Ribeye...there is no turning back!!!!!!
Update: I tried something different than steak for the 1st time. Crusted Parmesan Chicken and it was amazingly cooked to perfection. I will most definitely be getting it again and will try to order more items from the menu. Ofcourse brussel sprouts and asparagus will always be my go to sides!! I also had the chicken caesar salad and the plate was HUGE! Enough to feed 3 people satisfyingly!

The server was very polite however my steak was tough, the dining area was dirty and the bathroom was deplorable... Manager offered no help but to take my steak back and remove it from our receipt. I will NEVER eat there again. A complete disappointment.

I will not be visiting this location again. My server was great (when I finally got a permanent server)! The experience was terrible from the 1hr + wait, to the dirty silverware (complete with food specs) We ended up eating with plastic ware. Upon arrival we were told the wait would be 1 hour ok… we’ll wait. Once we were seated my table and the table next to mine didn’t see a server for about 25 minutes. Then we noticed a table who had just been seated had a server so we spoke up. Another 10 mins goes by and a server pops up and joking notes that they made a mistake and she would be serving us. We had to ask for bread (another 20 min wait) She took our entire order in one fell swoop and disappeared. We waited about 30 mins before my appetizer came out delivered by OUR NEW SERVER! The only item that came out hot was my appetizer the rest of the food was room temp or cold. I ate mine because I was starving but the food was not good. They threw lemons into every drink for some odd reason, they even put a lemon in my peach tea! Who does that? When a manager was called she was combative and could honestly care less offering to take off the lobster they served us cold and reheated and a small discount on the steak that was also cold. I didn’t notice until I was leaving that the iced tea I was drinking and all the glasses for that fact were dirty with little food specks all over them. It made me sick to my stomach. If my kids were not there I would not have paid for the food. It wasn’t worth the $80 spent at all. Loved the waitress though, I feel sorry for her she deserves a more supportive staff and better manager.

Our waitress was very over loaded which made her unable to tend to us properly. But the food was delicious and I'd still go back there. I know now to be very specific about how to bring my ordered items.

Went at 11:30 ...30 mins after opening we was seated immediately but there seem to be only one waiter so we waited alittle not too long. Before our orders was place, the appetizers was definitely not wat I expected wild wild west shrimp and my side of Brussel sprout was hideous, burnt and with no type of flavor. My neice half of rack of ribs were dry and burnt ???? overlapping w barbecue sauce. Spoke w manager, offered a redo, politely decline, he took 20$ off the bill. I probably will not be returning to this location. ????

Food is good, good prices and plenty of food. Steaks were first rate. Dante is a very good server, pleasant and attentive.
It’s the wait time that makes it a drag -a crowded wait area of six or more parties in a narrow space while the large restaurant is empty. If this wait is for COVID, it defeats the purpose. We were there at 4:00- and told the wait time was a half hour. 45 minutes later we were seated. You maybe able to sign up on line for the wait- It was my first time at a Longhorn Restaurant and didn’t know any better.
