What is Skilandis?

Ingredients:
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of pork
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) of water
How to Make Skilandis:
1. Combine all of the spices in a small bowl and mix well.
2. Cut the pork into small pieces (approximately 1-2 inches in size).
