Service was great, however there were no prices on the menu. I had a carne asada quesadilla, it was very delicious.
Great authentic homemade Guatemalan food. Service can be a hit or miss, because they might be short staffed that day. But to be honest I go for the food.

Amalias is an excellent choice for Guatemalan Food. I would order the large plate. Typical plate with meat, Chile relleno, well the picture says it all.
Looking forward to experiencing the live Marimba on Fridays.

No prices on the menu meant, I did not stay in more than 2 min. Sorry. Perhaps it was a good meal, many choices ,but....As a response to my review, it was suggested for the patrons to consult google for the meal prices. So if you're really hungry, please bring your laptop for best view of the menu. I trust they have fast free wifi available for your pre meal enjoyment....or take their word for the bill coming to you. I'm a fellow Guatemalan and my dad used to eat here. Yet, I trust no one except my math skills to ease me into a comfy meal experience.

My experience with Amelia’s is interesting ???? the food quality changes from time to time in the morning and mid day for me are the best, at night depending if they are busy the food is kinda of greasy and not as tasty .. the service is good depending on who is there .. overall I love my Guatemalan food !!

This is probably the best Guatemalan Restaurant in the Los Angeles area. The "Antojitos" are great and pretty close to the true flavors. The reason why I am giving them 4 stars is the ambiance of the place. Before they moved, the other location really felt like a "Restaurant". In the new location, it feels more like a "Cafeteria".
