While I admit I go to Starbucks often, I generally love it when I find a great, independent coffee shop. The coffee and food are really great, the prices are less than Starbucks and the atmosphere is much better. I really enjoyed walking with the locals that you can find outside this shop every morning.

i was in the area for a week or so and found this coffee shop to have the best tasting coffee. I ordered americanos and lattes, but would like to know the espresso you use and the numbers on this site are not working. can you please either put a good number up so i can call or if you can respond to this i would love that so that i can order the Ground Works coffee you use.

Really enjoy the quaintness of this spot.
Parking is on the street, and depending on the time of day may not be immediately apparent, but I’ve always been fortunate to find parking out front.
Food is tasty and so are the drinks!!
I go for the coffee and the food.
You should go too!!

I came here to chill for a little bit with my friends. It was a great place. It's connected to a theatre so it is pretty busy with patrons coming out during intermission or after the show ends. They have coffee, cold beverages, and food.

The coffee is "just ok" and not as good as some other reviews would lead you to believe. My espresso was kinda burnt and not worth what I paid for it. Its not enough to have a fridge full of Stumptown bottles.
Aside from that, it's a nice spot and the area needs more places like it.
