I've been waiting patiently for this to open. And wow it's heavenly. The pasta is perfectly cooked love it. I was left craving more of every pasta we tried. The famous beet pasta has such an great earthy flavor without being overpowering, the cheese on it hits home. The broccoli pasta is by far my favorite with the perfect blend of cheese, bread crumb crunch and nice thick pasta. Now the Mediterranean sea bass perfectly cooked with lots of nice saltiness from the perfectly crisp skin, it was completely cleaned leaving you a perfect opportunity to devour it. Service was very friendly and the chef is not only friendly but super cute. I love this open bar concept and can't wait to go back. Oh and make sure you get a Modelo. Yum
Fabulous dinner! Been wanting to come here and glad I finally did! The street corn agnolotti is to die for and the steak tartare is spot on. Really great wine selection. Banana tiramisu is a perfect way to the the meal

The foodies of our group really enjoyed their meal, however, the more "particular" eaters had trouble finding a dish to their tastes. The staff were super attentive and wanted to answer any questions we had. Parking is tough, but they do have a valet for a $10 service fee. Not a place I'd take children unless they really love food, but a great little date spot if looking to impress.

I was super excited to try @centopastabar this weekend since I’ve heard so many good things about it lately. This spot definitely lived up to the hype :o I already have a resy to come back :,))
????Ordered:
1. Spicy pomodoro
2. Beet spaghetti
3. Banana pudding tiramisu
The star of the show was definitely the beet spaghetti because it was exactly as good as all the reviews say it is :OO I don’t even like beets but this spaghetti had a hint a sweetness from the beets & the brown butter sauce was heavenly..
The spicy pomodoro was a really close contender though bc the ricotta & basil oil were amazing toppings!!! They added such a creamy and fresh flavor to the more decadent pasta.
????Tips:
-don’t go too hungry because it takes around 20-30 mins for the pasta to be prepared
-parking in this area is pretty sparse as it’s in an isolated part of West Adams
-ask for sitting in the main outdoor area instead of the communal tables
????Price:
$26/pasta & $14/dessert

Cento Pasto Bar is my new favourite Italian restaurant. The pastas were all incredible. I’m not giving specific recommendations because all the pastas on their menu are truly great. Make sure you get the tiramisu banana pudding for dessert. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

We came here for the first time last week. The food was absolutely amazing. The special was the lamb chops we decided to order it as an appetizer and shared between us all, an absolute winner! The fish was amazing. And the salad with cauliflower olives and raisins was really surprising Dash this is when you use raisins! I did not try the pasta as I cannot but my table mates all loved their dishes! The service was a little slow it seem like there was only one person working all of the tables outside and they were busy. Probably time to get extra help.

The best waiter ever! Food was also excellent, especially the desserts! Pastas quite different but very nice. Highly recommended.

I came here on a Wednesday night and they were full, so I highly recommend calling beforehand or creating a reservation with them. If you can sit at the bar, do so and get a full view of the kitchen!
I had the hamachi crudo, beet spaghetti, and the banana pudding tiramisu.
I was pleasantly surprised with the pasta! I have quite a low tolerance for salt, so i was happy to taste that the pasta is seasoned perfectly. The banana in the tiramisu made for a refreshing dessert.
Every item on the menu is a unique spin on a classic dish.
My only issue was that I waited almost 40 mins for my pasta to get to me, but there were only 2 chefs in the kitchen so that was probably expected. It was also pretty cool to see my dish being made.

Did a date night with my lady and sat at the pasta bar. For a place that’s only been open for 6 weeks, they have it down. Staff was extremely friendly and just fun.
For apps we had the octopus and cauliflower. The octopus was the winner. Cooked perfectly.
Pastas
- Spicy pomodoro is a must try
- Uni pasta was good but my lady didn’t love it. its an acquired taste
Then i saw the special rack of lamb come out for another group. It looked so good that i had to order it despite my girlfriend not eating meat. I nearly finished the whole thing on top. One of the best lambs i’ve had.
Will definitely go back soon!
pro tip: sit at the pasta bar on the grill side so you can heckle Anver, the owner/chef

What can I say.... Guys, there is a new chef in town! The food is prepared perfectly, from the beet noodles, chicken liver to the salmon and everything in between. Presentation is on par as well.
Ambiance is mellow, smiles everywhere, service is what you'd expect from a place like this.
The outdoor area is well thought, not too big and gives that cozy feeling, but not too small to feel crowded.
I'm (and the 3 others from my party) were extremely pleased by this entire experience. Will be back often and soon, for sure.
