The spicy ceviche salad I ordered lacked taste and was not visually appealing. Customer service was non existent. The two light skin latinas were not helpful, and seemed to not care about their jobs. They appeared racist towards an indigeneous family that came in that was sitting across from where me and family were sitting. They were rude and made them feel uncomfortable. Stay away from a business that employs and serves thrash.
Omg I wish I had one Chilenazo closer to home. Food is amazing! Fresh, delicious. Warm bread, great flavors. The service was great and the food even better. Thank you!

authentic Chilean food. Staff was gracious and welcoming. We came by for lunch on a saturday afternoon and the place is small but the food did not disappoint.
"home made" bread and empanadas were great. The green chile (hot sauce) they offer is the best.
I give it 4 stars because the food was a bit salty.
I will come back

Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the sandwich that I have had for lunch. It's called "Churrasco Italiano" but I ordered the big sandwich. It was just delicious.

CHILE ????????
Eat the World LA review:
When Chile is next involved in a big international football match, I am definitely coming here to watch it. All the components of Chilean culture, mostly having to do with the extensive culinary options, are here, as well as a wall dedicated to the people and places of the country. It is fun to look through, especially for an outsider that may be unfamiliar with many of the famous people. But footballers like Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal are unmistakable, and a Chilean identity would be inauthentic without them.
Chilenazo has lived in this Canoga Park strip mall since the beginning of the decade, one of the only outposts of comida chilena in all of Los Angeles. The blinds are drawn, the windows are tinted, you can't see in, but open the door and it is all fun inside once your eyes adjust.

The facility is attractive and clean, nice ambiance and great service. The beef in my Lomo Montado was a bit tough, the fries, quinoa and rice over cooked. I’ll come back and give it one more try because of the service. When vegetables are too soft they are depleted from its nutrient. Don’t understand why cooks forget that????
