Far Bar exceeded my sushi expectations. My brother and I sat outside in a relaxing environment made to follow COVID-19 regulations. The vegetarian roll was fresh and packed to the limit. The shrimp tempura roll was crunchy and the flavor of shrimp was strong. But the nachos were my favorite, they had vegan chili and even more ingredients on top. I would highly recommend.
I love the whole staff here, I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and I’ve yet to have a bad or even mild experience. The drinks are always of good quality, the food is always fun and consistent. The venue is even better, especially when the back bar is open. It feels extremely cozy. Highly recommend if you’re in the area, they even have screens and TVs to catch whatever game tickles your fancy.

The food was good; even though it was a limited menu. The drinks were ok. I feel like I would need to go back on a more lively night to give a more authentic review

I'm at Far Bar in Los Angeles CA. If you want excellent service and excellent drinks; COME ON DOWN! Fantastic location in Los Angeles. Great, strong, drinks, at a very comfortable price. Ample seating, discreet bar and wonderful staff to supply your desired beverage. Come on!

These drinks might be the most finely crafted cocktails I've ever had. They were just delicious the sashimi was good too but I had a spicy tuna roll which did taste a little suspect. But those drinks were perfection and I've had my fair share of cocktails. Staff was great too

Been a couple times now. Quaint and cute hole in the wall. Super yummy apps and drinks. Will come again for sure. Hint: come here for drinks before concert at The Hollywood Bowl, pay $10 to park across the street, then Uber to the bowl to avoid the mess of parking there.

Popped in on a Saturday to watch the Bravos win the NLCS and I was thoroughly impressed with the bar staff and restaurant as a whole.
Chicken wings are breaded, fried, and then seasoned to perfection. Cocktails are crafty and clean. You really couldn't ask for more.
When the restaurant floor gets busy, the bar staff gets orders. The queue backed up as the night went on, but the bartenders still did their best to serve the folks sitting at the rail.
The neighborhood is hippin' and hoppin' with excellent Japanese food, so competition is fierce. This spot holds up.

I'm amazed that such great place is so affordable!! I was expecting it to be more expensive but was pleasantly surprised when I saw the menu ????. Our server was awesome and checked on us a good amount of times, which made it easy to continue ordering new things ????. The serving size was way bigger than expected for the prices! The only thing I didn't like were the house whiskeys since they were a bit too smokey for my taste. The shot + beer was a good change since I ordered the Far and Further, which had Japanese whiskey and beer. I would come here all the time if I lived here for sure!!!!

Our server was attentive. The outside space was well lit and perfect. The yellow tail sashimi was amazing, we ordered two servings and the specialty beer from Japan is extensive. Ended up trying 3 we never had before. This whole area is great and you can spend day or night here with family. Check this one out.

It was my first time going and I definitely underestimated how long the wait for patio seating would be. It was well worth it though in my opinion! My friend and I had a great time! The sangria was SO good and the mezcal flight was great as well! But honestly, all the cocktails I had here were great. I will be coming back for sure.
