My husband was there today for lunch, he asked a breakfast plate which was refried beans, 2 eggs, plátano frito, chorizo, cream and cheese and tortilla. He said the price is not bad, it was $10 but he waited exactly ONE HOUR for that. He says that while he was waiting, another customer was mad about the waiting time as well. Anyway, when he finally got his food and was going to eat, he opened the plate and A HAIR was all over the food. Disgusting. He put it on the side and tried to eat anyway because he had been waiting for too long and didn't have more lunch time, but the food had no flavor whatsoever, the only thing with flavor was the chorizo. It's a shame, as a salvadorian, taking an hour for that kind of plate is ridiculous. Yes, I get it, it's a restaurant and there are more customers but still ridiculous. He said he isn't coming back.
100% recommend. We stumbled upon this restaurant and it’s awesome. Don’t be discouraged by the look from the outside, the food is delicious and it’s a steal. We recommend the plantains and the taquitos, though everything that we had was super tasty. We‘ll be back!

If you are craving pupusas, this is the place to go! You can place an order over the phone and pick it up, which I love. I have been ordering here for years. I love the cheese and bean pupusas and the revueltas. Pretty good, and they are not skimpy with their ingredients.

The pupusas are good, the thing that I don't like is that they put enough tomate salsa. Y un buen Salvadoreño come mas curtido y salsa que pupusas.

The pupusas are good and their empanadas too. Just be aware that if they tell you 30 minutes, it means 1 hour. Customer service is good.

Food is okay, reasonable prices but place is filthy, smelly, and crowded, unfriendly staff. I have received on 3 different occasions wiped off dirty dishes, previously cooked and reheated pupusas. The walkway to kitchen had tall piles of dirty dishes with food and trash still on them. Also an occasional cockroach is not uncommon. This place was good about 1.5 years ago, not anymore. I haven't turned since

So came here with a friend who suggested this spot. Was super excited, said it was a good spot. Walking in there was no greeting. We stood by the register & was never told to sit until we started walking to a table. WARNING: If you love horchata DO NOT come here.. I should of known just by the color, was super dark, like a brownish grey, but I still gave it a chance. Turned out disgusting, worst horchata I've ever had. Switched it out for the pineapple drink & you could taste that they were borderline rotting. We waited about 45mins for our food although it wasn't even busy. Food was ok I guess, not good quality but also not too terrible, I honestly only ate cuz I was hungry.

I want to give it 5 stars, I want to really, BUT the wait is long. And if you like to get your hands messy when eating(like I do) I suggest ordering A Torta De Al Pastor(Spicy Pork). For it is a More than generous Meal for only $4.50! That's a steal if you ask me. And like I said the wait is long, but worth the wait
