Cute brunch spot with yummy food, nice interior, and great free lot parking. It’s really easy to order food through the QR code and pay for individual orders without having to calculate how to split the bill.

The Grain Bowl was super yummy. It was warm, and the poached egg was perfect. It was seasoned well and the level of flavor was just right. The Award Winning Louisiana Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich was really good — the bun, slaw, and fries. The buttermilk fried chicken and waffle was good too. The fresh, piping hot tatertots were amazing too. Will be back for the mimosa flight.

I just ordered from them on Ubereats, the food came all cramped in a box with all the three sauces on top of my eggs, that’s disgusting. I couldn’t eat it. The biscuit I tried and it’s so hard. Never buying again from them. It’s embarrassing to sell food this way. No respect for clients.

Service was fine, but the dine-in experience is different now. Your waiter explains how to order using your phone and runs your food out to you. It functions more like a cafe than a restaurant now.

The biscuits and gravy tasted good, but calling the arugula sprinkled with lemon a “salad” was a bit generous. Also, my drip coffee had grounds in it - not a big deal, but it was sort of sad to see something so simple be flawed. I’ve eaten here a few times, and the food here is good, but not great. You’re mostly paying to sit somewhere nice and eat American food.

Dine-in prices are higher than online prices. For example, a drip coffee costs $4.50 when dining in, but it costs only $3 when ordering through Uber. Similarly, the H Mac sandwich costs $19 when dining in, but it costs only $17 when ordering through Uber. Overall, their dine-in prices have risen about 30% since before the pandemic. Their menu PDFs on their website do NOT reflect these price increases.

Ambiance is clean and pleasant. Outdoor seating is nice. Good for brunch, American-style. Full bar.

We tried this spot on a whim & everyone was happy with their choices. Modern ordering system & friendly service. This is going to be on our return list. Food was delicious & fresh as well.

Food was pretty good. I liked the burrito and smoked salmon eggwich the most. Their avocado spread for the avocado toast was a bit sour for my taste but my friend likes more acidic avocado spread so I think that just depends on what you prefer. The French toast was standard. Biscuits and gravy were good.

I don’t love restaurants where you have to order with a QR code. I would always prefer a physical menu and a human being to speak to. The servers are a bit inattentive and I noticed several people have to flag them down. I ordered the buffalo cauliflower, which was lacking in flavor. We also had the brassica salad, which was too lightly dressed and ultimately resembled a grocery store bagged salad. My friend got the chicken and waffles, which he said was “very good but ought to have come with a side”. There are not a lot of great vegetarian options here — most items come with meat and there isn’t an option in the stubborn online order system to remove meat. It was an underwhelming experience, especially for the high prices.

There has not been a Monday that can’t be cured by breakfast food. H Café is a cute casual venue in the H Hotel, spotlighting homestyle fare like breakfast sandwiches & pasta, plus cocktails.

It’s indoor design reflects a modern flair and emits a chill lounge atmosphere. They have a side street outdoor patio with a view. To enter the café you must go inside the hotel lobby and they’re on the left side. They have a modest selection of food and drinks to your satisfaction; customers need to order via QR menu.
I ordered their Pancakes (served with fruits and whip cream), fresh mixed fruits and grape fruit juice. Their pancakes were soft, fluffy and tasty. Similarly, mixed fruits and squeezed grapefruits were fresh and delightful.

Server staff was professional, amiable and followed health protocol. Service was fast moderately fast. I particularly like their lounge music playing the background as I steadily ate my breakfast. Moreover, this café has a cute full bar albeit small. Prices were reasonable for the area. Overall, I had a good breakfast and I enjoyed my experience. I recommend this café.

Nice low key spot for brunch. We were able to walk in and get a table immediately without a reservation at 10:30am on a Saturday. Service was super fast and the chicken and waffles were outstanding. Avocado toast was also quite good.

We’ve stayed at the hotel, suck a nice place, the staff, atmosphere, and just the perfect location. I had the Nutella brioche stuffed french toast. It was the best thing i’ve had this whole trip to LA. It was very thick, moist, and nice and hot when it was ready. It was very filling which i really enjoy. The nutella in the middle got me drooling in my mouth, the bananas on top were so nice and refreshing. They had so many choices and i definitely enjoyed myself today. When i go back to LA i’m definitely stoping by to try something new.
