Stunning. Pork neck stew and stir fried squid left our stomachs singing.
If I were to list my top five restaurants in K-town, this place is one of em. Stands the test of time and the strict criticism of these taste buds. For sure get the 돼지 갈비 (pork ribs) 감자탕 (potato pork stew), which is good to feed 3 people. Definitely a place I’d bring people if they’re visiting town.

The fish roe soup is very large - enough for 2. Considering the high price of $26, I wish they specify in the menu that it is enough for 2 people. It was a bit salty but not bad. The service was good.

Every time I visit LA and Koreatown, I try and hit up new places since there are hundreds of Korean joints. But Ham Ji Park is on the short list of places that I think I'll start visiting regularly. Daeji Galbi was some of the best I've had and the portions are huge. Can't wait to try the gamjatang next time around. Go here!!

First, the waiter gave us a sanitizing tissue for each person, which was nice to wipe ours hands clean before our lunch. The service was better and faster than I expected. But, the pork was a little too burnt despite being tender and savory. And, the stew lacked the taste since it required efficient ingredients to make it well. Even though the other foods were fine, I didn't feel bad because I got very satisfied after done eating.

Service was great. We came on Saturday at 3pm. We got the pork neck stew and pork spare ribs. Both were amazing and perfectly seasoned. All of the banchan was great and the waiters were attentive. Highly recommend!

This place is a must-go when in K-town: the pork ribs and beef galbi are fire and the fermented bean stew is one of the absolute best. Pro tip: there’s discounted valet parking if you dine here and park in the adjacent lot.

The seasoned pork ribs here are different.
The pork belly here is also different.
The taste of the food here is very different from other places, and the taste is especially good.
This is the place to go when it is difficult to choose a restaurant and food.

Food was good. We arrived a few minutes before the place got busy. Ordered too much as the portion was huge.
Service was good, waitstaffs were attentive. If they can be a tiny bit more friendly, it'll make the dining experience even better. 5-star nevertheless.

Ham Ji Park is one of the most iconic restaurants in Ktown. Ask anyone from Ktown if they've had Ham Ji Park and 11 out of 10 times they'll say yes.
When eating at Ham Ji Park, you always get at least one of two things: Pork spare ribs and pork neck stew. Both are so absolutely delicious that you'll want to order another serving to take home.
This time, my family and I got the pork spare ribs and the fermented soy bean stew. This isn't the usual soy bean stew you'll find at KBBQ places. They use a different fermented soy bean that has much less salt. I like to mix it with my rice and eat it with the pork spare ribs.
The restaurant can be pretty hectic because it so popular so naturally the servers can be a little slow at times. Be patient and calmly press the service button again if they don't come the first time.
Overall, I would recommend bringing everyone here. Bring your friends, family, or just come by yourself. On many occasions, I've seen people eating pork spare ribs by themselves and I could totally understand.
