Great great great food. Had the LA Galbi, Samgyubsal Kimchi Jjigae, and the Nokdo Bindaettuk. All FANTASTIC. Cool interior. Nice, trendy place. Definitely would visit again.
Everything was incredibly good. The service, the recommendations, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere. Will definitely be adding this to my go-to rotation!

Excellent place in the heart of Koreatown.
I wonder if they do any dish wrong , but I'm not a specialist on Korean food. However , this place has the best Bulgogi I have tried on a very long time.
Excellent service and good location , only problem is parking , but you guys know how is L.A.
For the Bulgogi and the Gogi-Goo-Ui , totally worth it to visit.

That LA galbi is probably the best in LA! Superb quality of meat. So tasty & tender. Pricing is a bit on the higher end but the meat quality definitely worth it. My friends who have had most of LA's galbi dishes said so too. The kimchi stew was delicious too. I loved it. Very flavorful with just enough hint of spicy. I can down the entire bowl. We also ordered the two Pancakes, seafood & pork belly pajuns. Personally, I preferred the seafood one, it got lots of octopus, shrimps & green onions in it. Very tasty & great for sharing among 3-4 persons. The pork belly, it's good too just not as good I feel like the pork belly lost its shines being stuffed inside the pancake. Nonetheless, it was still a good Korean egg pancake. Next up was fresh oysters in traditional sauce. Great to pair with alcohol & a bit kimchi. The banchan were awesome. The little peppers with octopus was the star of the banchan. We tried two bottles of their premium sojus. I never knew soju could taste so complex & flavorful. We are already planning to return with a few more friends to try more dishes. I'm eyeing that skate fish soup thanks so much for HanEuem staff. They were busy but cheerful. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

Love me some good Korean food! The soups here are a must! Well balanced with the right amount of spice, sweetness, and savoriness. The Kimchi Stew was super delicious and stood out for me. Could not stop eating it and finished it all!
The LA Galbi was yummy too. Tender and sweet over a bed of onions. A bit on the fattier side, but lots of good flavor and paired well with the purple rice and banchan (side dishes). Classic and hit the spot.
We also ordered the Fish Cake and Veggie Stew that had two types of noodles. Sweeter, but really good. Came with a whole lot that could be shared with 2-3 people.
They have a parking lot, but it gets pretty crowded quick since there are other places in here in the plaza. We had to park on the street and took a little while to find.
It was pretty busy too for a Thursday night, but service was still good. Very friendly and helpful!

Haneum is a small Korean gastropub by Chef Kang so there's a good selection of alcohol and delicious eats (anju) to accompany those drinks. Koreans love to munch on food while drinking.
LA galbi - Very tender and slightly sweet.
Kimchi Jjigae- nice spicy kick that wasn't overpowering. A very good flavorful stew
Yuksoo Tteokbokki - spicy rice cake stew with noodles, fish cakes, and veggies. One of my favorite Korean comfort food dishes. It was spicy but not too crazy. My first time trying it as a stew and it was very enjoyable. This thing is massive so you should be sharing with someone.
Pork belly kimchi pancake. The portion was massive and delicious! I highly recommend
Staff were all so friendly and respectful.
Outdoor seating available

Stopped by on a cold night and hotpot sounded like the right choice. We had the tofu and mushroom hotpot that had a clear broth with white pepper. It was definitely big enough for more than 2 people. They also had sea snails so we got a chilled vegetable and snail dish
