Really clean inside and tables were wiped down twice while we were there. Solid burgers at a good price point. Fries are not very good, and I'd skip the too sweet milkshakes. Nicholas took our order and was fun, accomodating, and efficient.

Spectacular place with amazing burgers and fries! The service is great too - the staffs came to chat with the customers while cleaning up. The only downside is it being next to airport meaning lots of tourists and long lineups. Follow me for more food adventures on Instagram at @maggielicious.to

The overall experience is good. Staff was friendly. place is decently clean even when traffic is high. The burger is good for the price. Taking into consideration of the price tag 4.5/5. The fries on the other hand is a whole other story. I got the animal style. Cheese wasn't even melty, fries is too skinny to have crunchy exterior and fluffy interior. This is due to the fact that they use fresh potatoes. I don't discriminate against process food. Only taste matters thus fries is 2/5.

Pre-airport trip before we flew back to the UK (please consider opening some stores here!)
Great food - fresh fries, the burgers were juicy and delicious. The service was wonderful too, very attentive yet efficient. This place is incredibly popular and was very busy but absolutely worth the wait.

Tried In-N-Out and was not disappointed. Despite the crowd, we didn't wait too long for our order. You can see everything get prepared with the open view of the kitchen and everyone working. Basically fast food but better. Also, make sure to try and add animal style to anything you order!

YES. Finally got to satisfy my In N Out craving again! Despite it being busy since it’s right by the airport, the quality of the food did not disappoint. The wait wasn’t bad either and the staff were SUPER friendly! We’ve been here twice now after flying into LAX and it’s been great :) It’s the perfect CA welcome as we eat in the CA sunshine while watching planes descend overhead ☀️

Came here because of the hype, even within Australia. Got the double meal deal with large drink. Chips were just OK but the burger was really tasty. I haven't enjoyed a burger from a fast food chain in a long time. 5 stars, minus 1 for the chips (which were a little cold) but plus 1 again for the location. Really enjoyable eating while the planes come into land so close to the restaurant.

Been wanting to visit in n out for years and years after seeing all the pictures on various social media sites. The burgers always looked amazing. The experience itself didn't disappoint, for a fast food experience, this is a damn impressive one that leaves burgers like McDonalds and such in the dust. Is it the best burger I've ever eaten? No, but it's pretty high up my list.
Also had a milkshake which was amazing.
Restaurant itself was super clean and the staff were an absolute ray of sunshine.

I’m an aviation enthusiast so I’ve stopped here to photograph the classic in n out sign along with the airplane meanwhile it happened to sit here and order a burger. Oh wow I was surprised oh how delicious it is for being a fast food chain. Their fries which they claim to be homemade are very special and well made, what I like the most? Simple to order, burgers, fries and drink, that’s eat, no messing around what I don’t like ? This particular location gets overcrowded during peak hours but… that’s how good it is. I wouldn’t mind stopping here during my next trip to LAX
