The food is great, portions are huge and the service amazing, this is for sure the best Colombian restaurant in Los Angeles! Ask for our friend Fabian “El parcero”
Delicious. Really great seasonings. Great service. The building was a bit hiding. If it weren’t for the flag, I would of passed it. The decor inside is a little dull, but at least it was clean. The food was really good, however, I felt it was a little over priced. But then again I am from Georgia and things are cheaper there. Would recommend you try it!

The food was ok, I think it is more quantity than quality, We had a carne asada and it was not well cooked and the plantains were overcooked

My wife is Colombian, from Bogota. She said that she wanted to find a Colombian food restaurant because she was craving typical Colombian food. She found this place and we decided to give it a try. My wife loved it (which says a lot with her being Colombian) and so did I. Will definitely go back and try a different plate.

I love this place. If you have the chance and you are in Los Angeles you have to stop here.

Wasn’t impressed with the food. The Colombiana empanadas I’ve had always had potatoes in it. These were just filled with hamburger meat- plain. The carne asada was dry and burnt. The chicharoon tasted old. I was very disappointed. Will not be going back.

The only place in L.A. for good Colombian food. The owner is there on weekends, and he does brings your plates himself sometimes, also his son Fabian is always there. Food is amazing, love the huge portions, please don't reduce their size! I had brought in many of my Mexican friends here and they all loved it, even the hardcore Mexicans that wouldn't even acknowledge there's other food than tacos, tortillas and chiles! Fabian is even ready for such people and would bring Mexican salsa or jalapenos when asked, even tough they always have our Colombian spicy aji salsa and I know, everyone is supposed to eat someone else's food as is without adding up anything that ruins the authentic flavors. But overall, love the attention, the food portions, and the flavors. Please don't ever ruin the place by reducing portions, or mixing the Colombian flavors with other countries food. Keep it COLOMBIAN! Ah, only downside, the small cramped parking lot.....

La Fonda!! In my humble opinion, the BEST Colombian restaurant in L.A! The plate Ave Maria aka Bandeja Paisa is a meat lover delight along with chorizo, beans, rice, plantains and chicharon. Have been coming here for years and not once have neither myself nor my family had a complaint. The food is excellent and service too.

The food was okay! I don’t know felt like it was missing something! Tasted more like simple soup! Also thought it was very pricey for how it tasted. Doesn’t taste like true Colombian soup!
