Fresh tortillas were tasty. Salsa was good I think but since they served it in a one ounce ramekin, I couldn't taste enough to really tell. Finally, despite the fact that there were only 10 customers in the whole place, I only saw my server when she took my order, brought my drink and gave me the bill. No asking how my food was or if I wanted another sangria or two. Hurt her tip big time.
Air conditioning was turned off due to flex power since Temps were over 100. Staff was accommodating by providing fans. Food was delish

Great food and service. Only time we were disappointed was 2021 fathers day. I didn't get my meal and waitress made errors. ????

Great place for enchiladas. They make amazing corn tortillas on the spot. You see them as they're being made!

Extremely slow service, they sell their menu items highly expensive & serve a small portion of it. Would not recommend this place if your really hungry or craving food, disappointed at the service & they still charge you money if you use card payment. Disorganized seating area & unsanitary

This place needs to work on their customer service and they have a ridiculous amount of waiting time, and extremely slow service. One hour & more wait for 2 simple items. They have disorganized tables and lack of seating & service skills. They sell their food in a extremely high price and give out little portions of it. The place seems to be dirty & unwanted. Place needs to learn how to run a business.

Very nice staff. The food was good. Other customers seemed to be enjoying the Mango Margaritas, the blender was a humming. We'll definitely be back. The parking lot is very small. City lot parking or street parking was an option for us.

Such a great restaurant to come and eat that make hand made tortillas, the food is super delicious and always have enough to share with another person. Always hot. Gives you a side soup to eat as you wait, they also give you some good chips and salsa to eat as well. The salsa is kind of spicy though. There is no refills on drinks but all the drinks are great. Staff are nice and kind and always check up on you a lot if you need anything. The place is beautiful and welcoming with so much decoration. I love comingbhere at night for dim it looks and so romantic with hardly any lights. Definitely come here.

I was in the area shopping in DTLA in the Lax-C warehouse just up the street. My wife once again knew about this Mexican cuisine style restaurant.
She said her and her mom would come here when she was younger to have their breakfast all the time.
Hungry from shopping we ordered their #1 Parrilladas Al Brasero Tripas (tripe) Carné Asada, Chicken, homemade corn tortillas, homemade chips and salsa (2 kinds, red & pico dé gallo) to share and Chicken Quesadillas for our daughter which they cook with Oaxacan cheese!
You may find paid parking in the back, (that's where most people enter from)
clean, organized, friendly service all the way through the restaurant.
The staff are really welcoming here and accommodating.
The atmosphere is really festive and colorful.
We enjoyed our visit and would gladly come back for more.

This place it pretty good. Not too much selection on the menu as far as burritos and enchiladas go. But they definitely specialize in authentic mexican food. There is a 1 dollar charge if you ask for their breakfast menu(which is pretty crazy). Also it's pretty pricey. Fyi they have parking in the back of the resturant.
