This place is such a great find. Really delicious papusas, made to order. If you call ahead and time it right you won’t have to wait-I would say at least 25-30 minutes. The rest of the menu is great too! I like to order something new with a papusa each time I go-I haven’t been disappointed yet. Parking can be tricky, but I haven’t had to circle the block more than twice before. Friendly staff with curbside seating available. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a stop…and if you’re not, it’s worth the trip.
I got the chicharrones y queso (pork and cheese) it took 30 mins to make which they tell you and it says on the menu as well. Really good and will return to try the rest of the pupusas

I would never return to this location! I ordered a pan con pollo and just as I was about to eat it, I saw a sizable bug in the meat. I brought it to their attention and they offered to make me another one, but I was too repulsed at that point. What made it worse was their clear lack of customer service skills. They seemed surprised that I wanted my money back and didn't even both apologizing for the incident. Poor experience all around. Save yourself the hassle and eat somewhere else.

The food was really delicious. A colleague and I headed over here for lunch and we ordered a few things on pretty sizable menu. We had the vegan pupusas loaded with cabbage or other yumminess on top for $8.99 (pretty pricy for just one but the size was fairly worth it) along with loaded yucca fries and a side of plantains. Everything was so yummy. The wait was pretty long but it's no wonder because everything was so fresh, plus, they had a steady flow of customers, always a sign of good food.
The space is pretty small (probably due to Covid restrictions so the counter was moved up closer to the door to minimize people in the restaurant. There were a few tables and chairs outside for folks to sit and eat or wait for for their orders.

Literally the best pupusa filling I've ever had. Second best curtido ever. Happily serve myself extra curtido and out pops a dead fly. The best food in the world can be ruined by poor cleanliness practices.

One of the best Pupusa/Salvadorian food in LA! Highly recommend!

If you don’t find parking right on the street from the business there’s a parking lot across the street that lets you park for $5, super convenient.
You’re not able to eat inside however they do offer a few tables out on the sidewalk for you to “dine in”. Pupusas and drink were good. The waitress was very friendly and we had a great time.

They do not offer inside dining. The outside sitting is very limited they only have 4 tables. Be ready to wait or get your order to go. Before visiting check out their menu. They only have one at the front desk.
The cheese in the pupusa was delicious and it has a nice pull 10/10.
The masa was moist and enough toppings in it 9/10.
The salsa was weak it had a bitter taste and a lot of oregano not pleasant 3/10.
The curtido needed more vinegar and flavor 4/10.
To complement a good pupusa it requires a good curtido & salsa.
We tried their horchata. I am highly disappointed on this Salvadoran horchata. Visually it looks like dirty water and it tasted like cheap powder horchata 1/10
The ensalada drink was very good I really enjoyed it 9/10.

As a Salvi, I'm always looking for good pupusas. It was my first time trying this place and I was very happy with my experience. We had revuelta pupusas, chori pan, an egg with chorizo breakfast, and a platano plate. The pupusas were very flavorful and not dough heavy like some other places. Excellent balance of dough and filling. The platanos and casamiento were awesome! Exactly as they should be. The chorizo is traditional Salvi chorizo which is my favorite. Highly recommend!
