This place has slowly declined. It used to be my favorite place to get Salsa Verde Costillas and good burritos, but they never get my order right anymore. I ask for 2 salsa Roja wet burritos and nearly everytime, I end up with green salsa. I know I should have checked my meal before I left. But realistically, who does that? The staff has just changed and they don't have a full menu anymore and they have white washed Hispanics at the Front who clearly can't tell green from red. Kinda over it. Some lady has been posting up at the corner by the tmobile. So I'm hiting up her spot now. F this place.
The service at this place is horrible. Placed and order over the phone and stood around for 20 minutes while they kept promising to have my food ready. No air conditioning and it smells weird in there. Avoid!

I didn’t like the food. No seasoning at all! A little salt and pepper never hurt anybody. I will say that this seems to be the norm in Seattle. Unflavored and unseasoned food. I think the lack of sun causes a lack of taste buds.

Food is good, but the time wait is insanely bad. Phone calls may take around 20-25 minutes for food to be done. And if u go in person to order something, prepare to wait up to 35 minutes.

I've known about this place since I was in high school and the burritos are still good. You'll definitely have to wait if you're showing up around a rush time, so just be aware if you're in a rush to get something!

It has been awhile since the last time I was there it was the begining of the pandemic situation that changed a lot in all places My all time favorites are the enchiladas half green and half red , Sometimes I get the Tacos they are great any kind of filling trust me! I loved their sopes Their breakfasts are fabulous Next time I go I'll try the Caldos they seem to be rather popular I'll start with el cocido first

I went on Memorial day and what a disappointment. After 20 years of eating here I guess I can say it was a good run. I nearly canceled my order (2 burritos, 2 tamales) after 40 minutes of waiting for my order. Not only that, when I finally got my order my Guatemalan tamale was pure mush, and the Mexican tamale was a dry crumble. The burritos never have tasted so bad. I think the beans and rice were old. I moved out of L.A, so I traveled 35 minutes for this atrocity. What happened to Marielas??

This place is always busy and four very Good radon to. Tugs is very good. They are fast and still make good food. The food is not too much or too little for their price. They have pretty good pricing. Just if it was bad food then it would be to high for what they give you. It's just right pricing. If your by here I say need go try it..

Support your small local businesses. This is one of those restaurants that are trying hard to stay open. Great food incredible Mexican tamales. Support them and let's get through COVID together.
