This place is/was one of my favorite pizza spots in LA. I liked it so much that i convinced my friend to come back to GCM for 2nd day in a row just to try this place.
Now the pizza was still delicious, but unfortunately it didn't feel fresh made, it felt like it was a canceled order from past and they just reheated it, and gave it to me.
There was no heat or aroma raising from the pizza.
So i will give them one more chance in the future, and if they are not satisfactory ill definitely put them in pizza hut level...

Had Margarita with Burrata cheese in specialty pizza! It was surprisingly so good! And I like it is thin kind of pizza????

Been coming here for years. Today I went in ordered the same pizza I always order (the 3 cheese with pepperoni and extra tomato sauce) plus their home made ranch… 20 mins go by and I decide to ask since it’s never taken that long. Not only did they never put my order in but when I asked for my refund they couldn’t even offer me a voucher for next time. So now I just spent my whole lunch period waiting for a pizza I never got and went back to work on an empty stomach. Thanks for nothing.

Had a basic Margherita and it felt like the tomato sauce and the cheese are separate from the pizza. Taste good though it's just kind of weird. Only 1 order so take this with a grain of salt

Wow you can taste that wood fire ???? flavor, specialty spicy sausage pizza and Margherita pizza and a Sully. Excellent flavor 6 small slices per but totally worth the 12 bucks.

This is very good pizza! The service was great and the speed of ordering-to-eating was super fast. You can get overwhelmed with all the choices at Grand Central, but this is one you won't regret. I'd order pizza here again if in the area.

Maybe it was the workers but the pizza was not worth it at all. Very upset that I wasted my money on this
- For the price, pizza was small
- extra wet on the sauce (watery)
- my crust was somewhat burnt on the bottom
Maybe it was a rush or something but the food wasn’t it.

Value for the price paid is excellent! The pizza (pepperoni&cilantro) and cream-filled churros are delicious. I was informed about an item being unavailable & provided a substitution. Pizza on time & delivered straight to apartment door. I love supporting local businesses, especially since this place has been around since I’ve been living in the neighborhood 10+ years. Spicy sausage & pepper pizza was Phenomenal!! More-so on the spicy side but delicious! Would definitely recommend! Service was fast & attentive! A little pricey however, that’s why it’s 4/5 instead of 5/5!
P.s. get the Spanish soda “Jarritos grapefruit!” Absolutely amazing!!!
