The best Korean BBQ in K-town, at least from this non-local’s POV. The meat is great but I think they get top marks for their non-BBQ dishes. Their kalbi tang is amazing and dollar-for-dollar the best deal. Spend $18 and you get a huge bowl of kalbi tang, $1 more and you get slices of rice cakes. The side dishes are great as well.
Premium-cut Korean BBQ is not cheap and if you had one shot, this should be it.
If I could give it 10 stars I would. This place is delicious. They put in their whole Korean barbecussy into this. The service was good when we asked what they recommended since we’ve never been here. The food was good. Everything was great. The only thing that sucked was my stomach got full too quickly I fear. I still ate more so. We were 4 and we paid $150. Totally worth it

WOW!!! Heard about this spot on Netflix and had to try it out! Valet parking and street parking available. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Such kind service and servers! (Shoutout to Jay with the tattoo on his left forearm!) So helpful and good at explaining what we would get and what are the best choices.
The Park’s Galbi is #1 for a reason. It’s delicious, juicy, and it has ruined all other marinated Galbi for me forEVER!!! It’s cut so well and for maximum even cooking to be ready sooner! Everything about this dish is perfect and so well thought out!
The Pork Neck was so tender and deliciously cooked completely. It goes well with sauces and salt or on its own. It’s chewy in a good way and so clean!
The mushrooms and vegetables is such a highlight!! There were 4-5 different variations of mushrooms and all so delicious! There were potato slices, asparagus, and pineapple. I mean, everything was such a good companion for all the delicious meat we made!
The spicy cold noodles was well cooked and cut for our eating. They give vinegar and mustard for you to adjust it to your taste. And enough for 1 person or share with others.
The side dishes though… I’M SO IMPRESSED!! There is a nori that goes well with everything! The kimchi is spicier than I’m used to but it’s so flavorful! And that salad is wonderfully mixed with things good for you!

We lucked out and got seated pretty quickly but the place is PACKED! And for good reason. The food is good and so, surprisingly, is the service. They actually come by and put the meat on the grill for you, which I'd only seen in one other Korean BBQ place. Portions are good, and the tofu stew and other items complement the meat. Really enjoyed the kimchi they served as well. These were actually fermented sufficiently to get good flavor.

Quality of meat is really good. But the wagyu fell short of expectations.
Went on a Friday at 7:30pm via reservation - lots of people already lined up out the door due to not reserving a table in advance.
Service was quick yet busy with several tables but still attentive when we needed to flag them for more food or a water refill.
Bought the P2 , wagyu ggot sal, and ribeye bulgogi to share between 5 people and it was perfect amount of food - not too stuffed but full.
Also bought 2 glasses of Argentina red wine (which was very good).
The parks gal bi, boneless beef short rib, and bulgogi were VERY good - tender, juicy, flavorful. Would get again.
Wagyu ggot sal wasn't as tender as expected but may have been slightly overcooked. But was definitely very good quality of meat.

Have heard such great things about this place and it probably doesn’t even need another 5-star review, but Park’s definitely lived up to the hype. Great Korean BBQ with fast service and delicious sides (even the salad was amazing!). Perfect for larger groups or when people are visiting from out of town.

Top quality meats, ingredients, and service at Parks BBQ.
Servers cook for you at your table, ensuring the high grade meats are cooked to perfection. Although pricy, it's worth it if you're looking for a step above typical Korean bbq.
While the meat is always the star, the Banchan and other dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious. Their kimchi stew is by far the best I've ever had.
While they have a ton a seating, they are always busy so your best to make a reservation.

Parks BBQ has got to have the absolute best Korean BBQ out there. Parks is on the pricier side due to the high quality cuts used here, so expect to pay around $120 for two. That being said, this isn't a restaurant with staff that only take your order and leave it at that. The cooking takes place at your table (which I find to be a much more personable experience). Overall, if you're going to be in the area for sure, I'd have to recommend trying out Parks BBQ.
