Best crust of any pizza I’ve ever had. Anywhere. New York, Italy, Portland. Chef Chris Bianco does the basic things so perfectly, from dough to sauce to careful choice of cheese to the spicing of his meats. This really is pizza as fine cuisine. I love his Green pizza. My absolutely favorite slice on this planet. Can’t wait to try his wine list.
Watch the chef’s table: pizza on Netflix! And we saw Chef Chris Bianco there! Amazing pizza, Burrata and dessert!

Chris Bianco's "Pizzeria Bianco" is a take off of the same from Phoenix. This is located in The Row which is a tucked away hidden gem in the heart of LA. Next door to the produce market. Corner location with a simple menu. I went there for the soft opening week. Try some appetizers and the antipasto. Next try the pizzas especially the wise guy. We ended it with some house made Gelato of mango and figs. The gelato was small so we ordered 2 of each. The backside of the menu was the drink menu. You might even catch a glimpse of the man himself.

Overall a super unique experience in DTLA. The free parking is really nice for DTLA. You can see why this place has won so many awards when you see the care they put into their pizzas. My favorite pie is the green slice which is spinach and cream as a base

Mamma mia! I've been wanting to try Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix for years, so I was pretty excited when they opened at the Row.
I went solo and ordered the whole menu because why not. I did not regret it as I have leftovers for days, but everything was good. The cheese and the green slice were the standouts, along with the summer slice (the square with the sausage on it, surprisingly good). The crust is obviously great, but the tomato sauce and cheese on the NY style red just worked perfectly, probably the best slice of cheese pizza I've ever had. Can't wait until they expand and add dinner.

Amazing pizza. The owner is an award winning chef. The chef award equivalent to the Oscars. The salami slice was a little salty. The green slice was interesting but tasted really good. The market alone was very flavorful but a little dry. The CRUST was so crunchy and crispy, I absolutely loved it. Service was good. Located in the DTLA ROW.

I'd been waiting years to experience Pizzeria Bianco and it did not disappoint.
Parking was easy and Row DTLA stone business fronts are immaculate. I envisioned myself on a nice summer evening date soaking up the ambiance with a cool sipping drink in hand. Alas, it was just me on a mission to scarf down a few slices.
Salami slice was perfect. Mouthfeel, taste, texture - it's all there. The cheese a creamy, soft layer of bliss melds with the slightly tangy sauce. The crust had a pleasant hit of char and super thin crispness. I could've easily inhaled a whole pie. Take note the salt level is dialed in. This pizza needs no doctoring. I've had excellent slices in town and this one can rightfully lay claim to its own bragging rights as one of the best. ????
The Ala Pala was really tasty. The Meyer lemon subtle. ???? ???? This is true artesian pizza. Excellent crisp dough loaded with air pockets. I could eat this every day. Not sure how this isn't popping up in pizza restaurants everywhere. A must try. Again, I could eat the whole tray. Addictive flavor.
The green slice is for true spinach lovers. Nice creamy texture with the spinach and cheese combo. I much preferred the other two flavors but was happy to have tried it.
This was a positive experience all the way around. Easy to find, normal wait, pleasant staff, super clean and stately space, wonderful next level pizza.
The Los Angeles pizza game keeps getting stronger and Pizzeria Bianco is another welcomed crowned jewel. ???? ????
There is something here for everyone and a winning experience for all. Enjoy.

Wonderfully delicious Neapolitan style pizza in DTLA. Chris makes some of the best pizza on the planet. This new place is no exception.

Heads up: on Friday June 17th they’re offering FREE slices!!!
The long-awaited opening of Pizzeria Bianco did not disappoint. We ordered a few slices and a salami whole pie to take home. The crust is perfectly done with the right amount of char and a perfect texture and chewiness. I also ordered a ‘green slice’ consisting of caciocavallo, parmigiano reggiano and spinach-cream sauce and it was OUTSTANDING. Even if you think you’re not a fan of spinach, order it. You won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be coming back for more.
I graded Pizzeria Bianco with 4 out of 5 stars. The tomato sauce has very large chunks (not a fan) and the salami has a bit of a funk to it - if you’re not used to eating cured Italian meets you may find it strange.
Currently they only offer lunch Weds - Sat 11-2pm, and will offer reservations for dinner soon (TBD)
