Friendly and attentive staff. Good they carry drafts from local brewery. Nice and balanced breading on catfish appetizer. Mac n cheese has a good flavor but could be better with a bit of crust. Shrimp and grits were good...new change up for me with beef bacon. The dish I would go back for is the cast iron chicken...loved every bite...even soaked up the gravy with the blackeyed peas n rice!!
Service was top knotch fast friendly service. The food was amazing I had poached eggs, braised ox tails "shreaded" on top of country potatoes. Of course unlimited mimosa's then added a bloody Mary with a shot of Tito's. Loved the atmosphere & the music was an nice soothing touch. If I could give them a thousand stars I would.

I took my three babies to eat here. Here's the break down:
Atmosphere - Vibes of Soulfulness, Beauty, Comfortable.
Service - Warm, Professional, Friendly.
Food - WORTH EVERY DAMN DIME plus TIPS.
You will spend your money and make a reservation for guaranteed seats. (I showed up unannounced and had to wait).

I've never been to a bottomless brunch that stopped serving before time. I wish I could give zero stars. I went there for bottomless brunch. The menu explicitly stated 90 minutes bottomless from first pour. We were on time for our 1pm reservation. The waiter came with water and took our order 15 minutes after we were seated. We ordered bottomless and food at the same time. The food came before the bottomless at 1:30pm. When the food arrived, we reminded them that we are still waiting for our drinks. They came about 2 minutes later with our champagne and orange juice at 1:32pm. We ate (small portions for the price--especially the pecan pie french toast) our food and drank our bottomless. At 1:45pm we had finished our second bottle of champagne and asked for another final bottle. They never came back with a bottle, but they came back with the check at 1:55pm. We asked where was the bottle and they said that our bottomless was over. The waiter gave us the excuse that the order was put in at 1:19; however, we didn't get our drinks until 1:32 and the menu explicitly states 90 minutes from first pour. She asked the manager and came back saying that it wasn't possible. I asked, if we can't get another bottle can we at least get one more glass, she said no. Then we spoke to the manager on the way out, and he gave us every excuse under the sun. First, it was that he wasn't aware about the 1:32 first pour; he thought our time started at 1:19. Then he admitted that he knew about the 1:32 first pour, but it was that we had already had 2 bottles of champagne and that it would be "irresponsible" of the establishment to keep serving us past 2 bottles. He gave the excuse that 2 bottles was the limit. So, is it bottomless? The manager never apologized or offered a solution; he just kept lying and giving excuses. We will never go back.

Drove way from Vegas to try this place and was not disappointed. I had the oxtail hash and it was delicious. The ambience was great, and the live music was as well. Definitely looking forward to my return to LA, this is going to become one of my forever stops.

Please, please don't say that black people don't support black business. But black business you have to train your staff. The service was not good. When I see black people and black but I always expect exceptional service...because I know that it's in us to be excellent. It was a Sunday, so limited menu. Damn you're only serving specific menu items. So can we get on it. A simple spill turned into a fiasco. The owner was there. When your staff is young it's important that you have regular physical, visual training. Do not assume that they know anything. Training...Training...Training

This place is amazing.
My family and I were in town, and were recommended this place for our large group, and needless to say, everything about it was phenomenal.
The service, the food, the ambiance is all 5 star! 3 days in a row we made sure to spend our money here when we wanted good food and drinks.

What I loved:
- Violinist!!! He was phenomenal. Loved listening and watching him play during brunch. What a fun experience.
- Cat fish nuggets - I can eat 100 of them. Get them! Dip them in the sauce and it's a flavor packed mouthful.
- The vibe - outdoor seating, quiet area. Great brunch spot.
- Unlimited mimosas - always a plus for those who partake.
The other entrees we got were not bad too.
