Yummy food! The portions are really big. We ordered so much and couldn’t finish lol
Definitely get a cup of coffee for a nice ending to the feast. The service is also excellent. 5 stars!
A unique experience.
Some things had changed on the menu when ordering and requesting oil free was difficult.
The cabbage was lovely as well as the zucchini. I would have preferred more included in the options on the menu. The descriptions don’t always match the item.
But the flavor was great and the gluten free injera was awesome. Very authentic and friendly staff. Pretty expensive.

Pretty nice place. First time we had Ethiopian food and happens to be vegan. The Tibs are pretty nice and also the 11 item feast (nice way to try many small dishes). Some of the items of the feast were a bit boring and others flavorful.
The Ethiopian coffee was my favorite item, pleasantly surprised

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Ethiopian and I’m so glad I made it here. We ordered the combination of 10 items and it was more than enough food for 2 people! I loved the lentils and cabbage, and the injera was delicious. This is definitely feel-good food.

Awesome all-vegan Ethiopian restaurant. Fluffy injera bread dipped with vegetables, lentils, beans

My favorite restaurant in the world, actually. The food is excellent, the people are wonderful, and the atmosphere so rich, yet so peaceful. I like their vegetable gomen dish (made of collards or kale) VERY much, their unique Tofu Dish, and love their 100% Teff grain Injera, and thus Gluten Free, also. This is a vegan restaurant yet fine for non-vegans (such as myself). I have to admit, I'm tunnel visioned and only and every time order their Gomen (collards-kale dish), Tofu-Dish, and 100% Teff grain Injera (like large crepes, a type of flatbread, but very amazing, and you must tear pieces of the Injera and then grab the food using the Injera thus making small sushi-like bites. The juices mix with the (sour/fermented like sour dough bred, but more so) Injera and the combined taste makes the sour, less sour, and adds amazing taste aspect with the food that you enclose and pickup with the injera pieces. They also offer more bland, less sour, mixed grain Injera pancakes. Again, it's really worth having them explain how to eat the food, if you've never learned. Rahels!!! Again, my favorite restaurant, period!

This was my first time experiencing authentic Ethiopian food and I was not disappointed! Just wow! The food was all prepared fresh -- we could hear the vegetables being chopped in the back. We ordered the "feast" which consisted of 11 different items. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I loved all of the vegan themed messages around the restaurant, too.

Cute place with delicious food. We ordered the sambussas and foul (fava bean dish) with injera and both were great! We also enjoyed the drinks. I got the 3D (mixed blends of the other 3 drinks: flax seed, barely I think and one other) which was tasted like a healthy cereal shake or something. My husband got the ethiopian coffee which has a fruity, chocolatey taste. We got the mango cake for dessert was fine, kind of has almost a pineapple flavor. Not my favorite but worth a try if it's your thing! A very homemade taste and texture with fluffy icing and sliced almonds. We really enjoyed dining here!

Very authentic Ethiopian food. Our friend visits us here and loves Ethiopian’s food when he stayed in Ethiopia for 2 months. We decided to come Rahel to enjoy some good food. He thinks it’s very authentic. We ordered millennial special for three people. The portion of food was insane. The plate is probably 14” big. The one with pumpkin is really good. (I honestly don’t know what I was eating)
The carrot juice
They have outdoor seating if you prefer sitting outdoor. Overall it was a good experience.
