The staff is amazing here! Thank you for giving us such a great memory to play games and have some pizza with my boyfriends little boy!!! We had such a great time

Shakey's pizza is just not good! I remember when Shakey's pizza used to taste good. The pizza sauce tasted rancid, and too top it all off the lady who made the pizza decided to be petty with the pepperoni. She put 10 pepperoni slices!. I strongly recommend not to avoid the pizza at Shakey's. The chicken looked like if it was from yesterday and the mojo's were nasty.
The establishment wasn't even packed. It looked extremely dirty like if rats decided to rob the establishment.

I have walked past this place for almost 37 yrs and never went inside.. when i read about mr grimes oh sorry elon wanting demolish it and build more un needed buildings i finally went in.. it was about 1:30 pm lunch hour had finished an hour before i had lunch. Kinda busy.. one busser she was nice but visible tired..them were alot dishes from the construction workers working on a new mid rise building. The host cashier was not in a warm mood guess she tired as well.. i paid 11.00$ which is cool for buffet i recommend u get there before the lunch rush begins afterwards they didnt really restock with fresh hot food except pizza which still taste the same as i remember from shakeys in pasadena . This shakey has maintain it self thru all the many changes this area has seen. Used to be alot male hustlers here due to the old resturant on highland and santa monica called Author J"s this was kinda like a place for daddies to bring their hot new boyfriend of 18 yrs old and show em off. Lol
This shakeys will be missed so many changes. And its called progess. I THINK ITS SAD THAT WEST HOLLYWOOD HAS DESTROYED MUCH OF HER HISTORY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF W.H. should be ashamed of what they have done. VISIT SHAKEYS BEFORE IT GONE.. THE FOOD IS FINE IF ITS FRESH..

Absolutely awful. Pizza is my favorite food and it’s hard to disappoint me. Everything tasted undercooked. Sauce tastes too seeet and the cheese is just low grade quality. I do not reccomend. Go anywhere but here.

What an amazing place! The atmosphere, the food, the game room and the staff are all too notch! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Do you remember Shakey's? Cause it's amazing!

My Mom would bring us to the lunch buffet, when we were kids.....40 years later I am finally back and the pizza is just as good as I remember it was!

The people were good. Unfortunately the pizza and the chicken just have too much salt and made my blood pressure go up. Secondly the kids machines take your tokens and don't work. No one there to help with that or get tickets exchanged for prizes the kids wanted.

Shakey's has always been my favorite place to eat since I was a kid. Arcade pizza chicken and morose, now that I'm older , the salad bar too. Always delicious. I am always Satisfied when I leave here. Never a disappointment

Came here for the first time. Love the pizza here. The chicken and mojos were delicious. Food is always fresh here and served hot. Customer service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Restaurant was very clean. Tables were clean. Only reason why I gave this place a four is because this is a family restaurant and some of the music that was playing had improper language. Not suitable for young kids or even myself for that matter. If they were to improve that this restaurant would get five stars. I'll definitely try coming back.
