I ordered takeout of this kidney dish and cucumber salad. The kidney looked red and did not even look closed as cooked!! I had to try to cook it by myself but guess what!? After 10 mins trying to get it cooked, the kidney still look so raw and red. Even when I bit into it, the inside was also bloody looking!! It was disgusting and made me realize that they used some red-element injected kidney that probably might have expired long time ago! As for the cucumber salad, I forgot to take a photo but the cucumber also looked like used as the skin did not look intact. I ordered 2 dishes and got the both pretty low quality! Not going to come back again. I’m still trying to call them for a refund, but it’s been another day, no one picked up the phone from the restaurant…

We were excited to try this place, but ended up somewhat disappointed. We had a cold noodle dish in which the noodles were all clumped together as though they hadn't been fully cooked. The Chinese street potatoes were also not fully cooked. The rest of the food was decent, very heavy on the Sichuan seasoning, which may be more to other customers' liking. The mapo tofu was good.

Visiting L.A. I've been visiting many different establishments, so I decided to come here they were closing in 40 minutes so that was plenty of time. However I was greeted with an expression better suited for a Japanese animation with their over the top exaggerated expressions. When they were finally able to muster up a word all that came out was a rude "what" I kindly expressed I wanted a table for two and even that confused the greeter so I thought maybe it was a language barrier or something but after they saw us to our table they told me that they were closing in 30 minutes. So I went ahead and ordered the mapo tofu and the Kung pao chicken. Which was Hastily made and the water was not cold and they asked me if I wanted rice so I asked them does it usually come with rice and they said yes, so I told them I'll take it. So I did not tip them, not really I left them two cents.. and I took about 30 toothpicks from them and then just threw them away. Really bad service from the greeter, next ti.e just clothes the door if you don't want people coming in I would not recommend if it's close to closing time or anytime for that.

The service here is terrible !!!!
I walk in with my daughter , the greeter actually said "what" then I said can I have a table for 2 , He replied "what else is that it." I would have left if my dogs aren't barking .
Food is mediocre good , overshadowed by the staff . They are not getting any tip , that's for sure . Being oriental and all, the service in a Japanese restaurant is so much better .

Ordered spicy fog, but too much oil and not very spicy for me. The only vegetable is cucumbers. Maybe I should try other dishes next time.

Very authentic Sichuan food, highly recommend it! Not as oily as other Chinese spicy food, but it’s so tasty. Also great service and super clean facility everywhere. Will want to come back again to try more delicious food.

The restaurant is located in level 2 . It has outdoor seating. Food was very good but bit pricey. Parking could be bit challenging during peak hours due to limited spots. Service was excellent.

Been here a few times as well as the Alhambra location. My go-to dishes are the boiled fish filet in spicy sauce, toothpick lamb, intestine tofu and fried rice cake with brown sugar. Unfortunately it seems they raised the price and have smaller portions now because of Covid, but the outdoor seating is nice. Better to go once it opens for dinner at 5pm as there could be long waits on weekends.
