Been searching for the BEST Korean bbq in town, that offers cooked To-Go food and calling this restaurant is the best thing that i made that day and good thing that i did because they offered cooked korean dishes most especially the KOREAN BEEF SHORT RIB BBQ and they perfectly made it right and very delicious, their sides are awesome, fresh and securely packed.
All the staff are helpful, from answering the phone call and giving you the best options they got from their wonderful and very spacious place.
Cleanliness and being friendly is 10/10 it's really beyond my expectations.
They have their own parking space within the vicinity and it's secured enough for the place.
Looking forward to dine in this place when i come back!

Had a going away party here. We got a room to ourselves and absolutely pigged out. Food was great and servers were awesome. Fun times. Forgot to take pix bc we chowed down ;)

The wait time was short since I joined their Yelp waitlist around 5 pm on a Saturday. The servers and the waitress were so accommodating and attentive. I LOVED their lettuce wraps and the veggies were definitely the highlight. It was so fresh. Also, I highly recommend their marinated kalbi if you get the chance! The next time I visit I’ll definitely try their cold noodles.
P.S. good news is they offer cheap valet in their private lot so you can definitely avoid KTown’s crazy street parking.

Huh. Didnt have high expectations coming here, but wow, everything was on point! Great quality meats, decent service. There’s nothing I can really pinpoint to knock off this place. But then, there’s nothing that really stands out about this place that compels me to come back over some other KBBQ places. One big plus: This place is great for big parties.
EDIT: changed from 4 to 5 stars cause I came back here for lunch and their 냉면 combo. Wow. 죽여줘.

Came from Seattle to try Ssam. Very worth the flight to LA. If all places in LA are like Ssam then I have to come again for a month to try them all. I thought it would be awkward with the staff cooking for me but they were all exceptional. Friendly and very professional.

My family and I got the Ssam Combo 2 (3-4 servings) and it was plenty of meat for the 5 of us. The quality of the meat was very good and it came with steamed eggs and stew. All of the servers were extremely helpful and always stopped by to help cook the meat as well as refill any banchan that was running low. I would definitely recommend coming here for any group gathering.

We didn't get 백김치, 무쌈, &떡보쌈 although they are supposed to come with the combo menu items. Besides that, the quality of the meats were good. We got beef+pork combo for 3-4 people. It was ????.
