The chef was wonderful and funny. I would definitely come back! He made one if the best o-toro sushi I've ever had!!
Expensive but worth it. Ordered Hokkaido premium, everything is so fresh and service is great. Will try the omakase next time.

Everything is excellent but their miso soup stands out for me--ordered 3 of them in one sitting. The fish is very fresh. I find that a sushi restaurant's tuna is a good litmus test for quality and Tsujita's tuna is A+.

Went on Wednesday, their Ramen day!
We ordered Shoyu and Miso ramen.
As expected, the noodle and soup are so special and so yummy!

We came at lunchtime and ordered $75 Nigiri premium. The appetizer dishes were top notch, Michelin level quality. Thus we had our expectation high for the sushi, yet were let down immediately. They are not bad, but mediocre, the most disappointing part is that the rice is a bit sticky and lack of vinegar to offset the fishy and oily taste from the fish.

You are visiting Tsujita because you are willing to pay for very fresh seafood and good service. The omakase is $120, well worth it. We had a vegetarian in our party, and while the menu has no vegetarian dishes, they happily whipped up some sushi and tempura. The salmon dishes, shrimp, and scallops were all great. The wasabi is notably fresh and yummy, as is the ginger (and we are not ginger people).
The restaurant has a odd wooden canes vibe, ????. The service is great, the staff made sure our green tea was filled.

I was craving for sushi, and found this place. Authentic “Omakase” style with Japanese chef. He was so kind and friendly. Sushi was fresh and “shari (rice)” was the perfect size. Great wine selection too. ;)

Wonderful omakase experience. A great amount of food (enough for almost a meal before the nigiri even comes out). Incredible uni dishes (multiple), wonderful variety of fish, and hospitable wait staff.
I’d love to come back here.

Lovely restaurant with fantastic food. Their lunch boxes are amazing. I’ve gotten the dinner omakase and the lunch omakase. Both feature fresh seafood prepared expertly. You won’t be disappointed, I guarantee it.
