Mmmm not blown away. The cake bread is joy the best. The icing is good and the granola bar was very nice. Customer service energy was not there at all. You can’t sit the last hour and not very welcoming when they are putting up chairs so you don’t sit right behind you first and maybe last time I wil visit. Oh.. and over priced. It’s a lot of icing to the amount of cake bread ????

Visited Sweet Lady Jane on Melrose yesterday, from NYC, for my favorite, triple berry cake, with an espresso. Perfection, not too sweet, so the intended flavors of the berries and cream paired with the cake are balanced with every forkful. I hope they can find a way to stay at this location, but I will follow them wherever they go!

Delicious cakes. Don't have sweet tooth but the cakes here are so good keeps me coming back for more. Usually get few slices for variety purposes but would get whole if occasion calls for it. Highly recommend.

Great service and beautifully decorated cake but they need to change the recipe on their red velvet. It was so bland and dry, I’ve had superior supermarket cakes. Disappointing for a cake that cost $65

Cake is a flour confection made from flour, sugar, and other ingredients, and is usually baked. In their oldest forms, cakes were modifications of bread, but cakes now cover a wide range of preparations that can be simple or elaborate, and which share features with desserts such as pastries, meringues, custards, and pies.

The most common ingredients include flour, sugar, eggs, fat (such as butter, oil or margarine), a liquid, and a leavening agent, such as baking soda or baking powder. Common additional ingredients include dried, candied, or fresh fruit, nuts, cocoa, and extracts such as vanilla, with numerous substitutions for the primary ingredients. Cakes can also be filled with fruit preserves, nuts or dessert sauces (like custard, jelly, cooked fruit, whipped cream or syrups),[1] iced with buttercream or other icings, and decorated with marzipan, piped borders, or candied fruit.

Really heavy on the frosting and the cake itself doesn't have much flavor. Tried the carrot cake - was more like a Christmas pudding. Also tried the vanilla cream cake super thick frosting layers that make the cake too moist. Service was really great unfortunately prices were a bit steep

The berry cake is the most delicious cake I’ve ever tried. I can’t wait to get it again. A little pricey for me. The berry cake from Whole Foods is cheaper, also good but missing cherries, this cake has them.
I still give 5 starts though.

They had some gluten free options so I could take the flourless chocolate cake which was amazing . My niece tried the Carmel brownie bite and liked it too. Sadly my mom couldn’t have anything because there was nothing vegan there .

Pre-ordered online for a holiday cake. No line when I picked up and you see they have COVID-19 protocols in place. They have plenty and friendly of staff to assist you. The holiday cake was so good. The lady also advise me how to serve and store the cake. I appreciate this as I do not know anything about it. The other cake I ordered were the pumpkin cheesecake which is so good as well. My family and I loved our Christmas desserts and surely will be back soon.
