Fantastic birria quesotacos of both the goat and beef variations. The asada is also pretty solid on a vampiro with guac on the side. The consomé had rich, deep flavor with large chunks of meat. The arbol salsa and habanero salsa cut through the richness of the meat, but if you really can handle your slice ask for the salsa macha/chili oil that really kicks things up.
These guys have been doing it for a while, with house made tortillas well before the current craze and before and much better than Teddy's.

Gotta get here early. The consume is amazing! Soup has so much flavor and a lot of meat that comes with it also. The whole menu is good. I would recommend to try everything! I make the drive here all the time!

I have been watching birria Instagram reels since 2yrs but never had one. Finally I got the chance to have authentic birria tacos with consomme. We got the large consomme for 4 people. Believe me or not, I drank half the remaining consomme like water from a large tub. Tons and tons of meat in both the tacos and the consomme. Wow the wait was worth it. (I had to sprinkle some salt but that's just my preference)

Didn't get to try too many taquerias/tacos foodtrucks in Los Angeles but this is definitely one of the must-trys imo, at least for quesabirria taco. Overall, everything is delicious! The quesabirria is amazing because the tortilla is super crunchy, and the cheese is melted, and the meat is well-seasoned ???? If I remember correctly, lengua might be a little too dry. One down side is that the foodtruck is not too close to LA downtown area so if you don't have a car, commuting might be a little hard.

The best tacos truck in Los Angeles, in my opinion. The shredded goat (birria de chivo) is one of the most tastiest pulled meat dish I've had in my life. We had it with some crunchy tacos and the meat broth (consome c/ carne) which was also so flavoursome. Definitely worth getting it as a side dish. The service was impeccable and they even gave us some extra meat with the broth knowing we were tourists. Do make the trek out to come and sample the best taco truck in LA. You won't be disappointed.

First and foremost, BRING CA$H! Cause you don’t want to miss the tacos. Pull up and you should be able to find a close area to park, as it is a truck! They are really quick and serve you all the toppings to go, just ask for extra if you need it. Some of my favorites are the quesatacos and carne asada, but obviously their birria tacos with a side of consomé is #1. All the meat is very tender and seasoned well. Also beware their quesadillas are huge, in general their meat portions are generous. They’ve got aguas and Mexican cokes. Plus outdoor tables for you to post up if you want to take a couple bites. Really authentic and the staff is kind. Definitely one of my favorite trucks in all of LA. Please support small business, it’s been a tough year and they’ve been feeding the community through a lot of it!

Never disappointed when I stop here. It’s all street parking. And cash only! Worth it. For sure try what you want but I highly recommend ordering a few Quesatacos. They’re amazing. The crunchy tacos with the cheese and the meats. I can eat them every day. They’ll give you limes, cilantro and onions to add. And you can ask for consommé at the end. It delicious to dip your tacos or to just drink. If you order a carne asada taco they’ll give you a avocado sauce or you just buy some. And my favorite salsa or sauce is the Mexican chili oil. They also have bottled agua de Jamaica and horchata. Make sure to bring cash!
