Drinks are great, Jake the bartender is really nice, and I really dig the vibe. Will definitely be my go-to spot to chill.
As a long time resident of the West Adams area, I'm not a fan of the gentrification happening in our neighborhood AT ALL, BUT, I understand change is inevitable and I'm glad to see revitalization happening.
Good Job, The Bar at Johnny's
Cool College vibes coming out of this joint. Big USC crowd and great Pastrami and Burnt ends @Johnnies attached next door ????

Bartenders are always great and the drinks are delicious and dynamic. I forgot the name of my drink I got but it was fun to drink and gave me a nice buzz.

Delicious pastrami sandwiches (dip version is my fave), matzo ball soup, and the banana cream pie. Really can't go wrong with anything here. Beautiful space between the outdoor seating and bar area. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area!

Excellent cocktails and you can bring food over from Johnny's pastrami!

May be my new favorite bar in the area! Great outdoor and indoor space . Buy food next door, eat it anywhere you want. Drinks are great.

If you want good hotdog and by that I mean good quality you need to come to this place. I thought that it was better than the doghouse and the hotdogs or straight out of the grill and onto your plate. I also liked the Mexican concept and how creative they were with their menu.

Large open space and DJs play in the inside bar. Good for a chill group hangout.

My friends love this place. I think this is the kind of place that you become a regular at and end up loving. Parking is fairly easy, there is plenty on the street, however most of it's metered, so watch your minutes! There is a fair amount of bar space and a small lounge area - probably not the best place for a huge group. It's definitely low key, you tell the bartender what you like in a wine, and he finds a OTP for you. I had a couple bites of the mac and cheese which was amazing.

My go to bar on East Hollywood blvd. They're conveniently close to my work place; Good variety of wines (no list tho) and beers. The bar has cozy ambiance and dim lit; Interior is quaint albeit small. It's actually part of a hotel, who knew?! The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and nice. Their Croque Monsieur was awesome!
