They have good food but the service is fatal. They have a sign at the entrance that reads "please wait to be seated"
You could stay standing all they, the ladies see you walk in and carry on with their "chisme" at the counter and disregard your presence until they are ready to approach to greet you and acknowledge that are waiting. This is zero customer service. The ladies that work there seem more interested on making themselves appear busy than acknowledging a customer who actually keeps this place open because if there are no paying customers, there is no business. Just an awfully service experience.

We've been coming here for about 15 years or more. Food is delicious and always consistent. The servers are nice and the place is very clean and well maintained. Their caldo de res always hits the spot.

Waited 2 hours for 6 pupusas and a caldo and salsa got ice cold very unhappy with service had to wait till nine for food foodwas okay but then again I was starving

I was advised by a good friend of mine that this place has THE premier pupusas in Los Angeles and Pasadena. Was that a challenge? Thought I'd check it out ans it did not disappoint! Excellent pupusas!!!! Probably top 3 in Pasadena and Los Angeles!!! Must try!

The service here sucks I were ent ahead and ordered ahead of time over the phone taking into consideration their waiting time. Well to make a long story short when I arrived 45 minutes after I initially called they still hadn’t even started my order . The food is great the waitresses worthless .

Absolutely delicious!!!!! I always order the mini pupusa platter and ask to make them extra crunchy. It's the best way to eat em!!

Atmosphere was nice. The waitresses were nice and friendly and attentive. The pupusas' were so fresh and delicious.
I highly recommend giving this place a try and they are reasonably priced. Planning to come again soon.

Portion is great. Food is awesome. I tried most of their plates and they don’t disappoint!
I like their pupusa which comes with coleslaw and hot sauce.
I like their pork liver, pork gizzard (fritada salvadoreña, pic below )
Plus, I’m happy they have improved the operation efficiency - pre-COVID we had to wait 40 mins for food... now it’s about 20-25 minutes ;)
