Came here with my wife. The food was below the standard you’d expect for Mexican food in San Diego. The salsa was also way too spicy and made it inedible. The only plus was the friendly bartender.

We love coming to Coastal Cantina. The food is delicious and the service is always friendly. The owner comes out to say hi when she can. We love the margaritas... Make it a Cadillac if you're feeling especially adventurous. My favorite is the pork belly taco but the coastal salad is also delicious. For brunch we had huevos ranchers and chillaquilas. I had a guava Bellini. Come visit and have great drinks, a friendly atmosphere and yummy food
