Overall a great experience. Very friendly waiters and amazing vibe, especially the heated (in January) outdoor seating. Our margaritas were TDF (to die for). Surprisingly, the only disappointment was the tacos. All three tacos we both got were wrapped in fried cheese, which made for a unique appearance but overwhelmed the rest of the flavors and made them a bit heavy. I think if tacos weren’t wrapped in cheese they’d be killer. I think there are several other taco options that aren’t wrapped in cheese, so we’d get those next time. However, like I said, everything else was amazing!

Now that I know about this place by seaport village it is now on our must return to places. We had the fillet minion, crispy shrimp and fish tacos along with their fish ceviche lime rice and beans. The wait staff made you feel welcomed and appreciated and were very attentive making this a very good experience. Just know that this place is located inside of the Headquarters that for years we never knew had shops and restaurants inside. Only ever saw Eddje V or The Cheese Cake factory. If you love to experience new takes on food. This is your place.

The food was delicious, fresh and flavored. We had tacos, guac and chips. They also have a nice outdoor seating and waiting area. There are usually wait times so I'd keep that in mind. We went on Tuesday and they had Taco Tuesday on for the day, so we got discounts on food and drinks!

Beyond expectations!! The ambiance is superb, I had a great time the first time and every time there after. The music in the background is very enjoyable. The food is always top quality, good taste and presentation. The drinks are always perfect, just like their puesto perfect Margarita! On this last visit, Selena was our server and was very helpful, big shoutout!

The food here is so good! Very flavorful, fresh and light. Highly recommend. Shrimp plate, and tacos are what we ordered as well as guac and chips. Everything is so delicious. Would certainly come back. Also the outdoor sitting is great. They also have a quick service despite our large party and how busy they were.

I am going to cry this was so good! From the start the salsa was warm and smooth not too spicy. Had the shrimp, chicken and filet mignon. The latter was life changing, meat that melted in your mouth. The perfect margarita was so smooth and just the right amount sweet. Giovanni was our server and did great explaining everything for our first visit here. Never an empty glass, water or otherwise. If I'm ever in San Diego I will be coming here without a doubt.

Wait was 15 minutes but nice outdoor waiting area. Server and hostess was super nice. Food was awesome, perfect combinations for each taco, they also have a monthly taco, and I would get 3 tacos. Chips were fresh and salsa was extremely good. Everyone enjoyed their meals and would come back if we were local.

We rolled in deep with a table of 12 military members fresh off of a deployment. Nathalie and Jesse treated us like royalty! You absolutely have to visit this spot and request Natalie as your person of choice, she's phenomenal at her job and her Manager, Jesse is unbelievable. I'll always visit this establishment whenever I'm in SD because of them. And my God! The food is amazing!

Stopped here for dinner while in town. Had a margarita called hot sauce(spicy margarita), guacamole and chips, and 3 tacos. Food was excellent as were the drinks. Bar was a little slow on getting the drinks out as they were backed up, but overall service was very good. Would not hesitate to come back here next time I'm in San Diego.

This taco venue is phenomenal! Every time I have been the food is superb. The customer service is friendly and drinks are always great. Almost every taco on the menu is worth trying. They have indoor and outdoor dining. If you can make it on a Tuesday you will save some cash.
