I wish I could give this place a 3.5 due to the crazy cost of breakfast, but honestly everywhere in downtown Chicago is expensive. I tend to rate high so I could easily see a 3 star rating, but I went with 4 due to the food and service being very good.
Delicious wings and drinks. Loved the cucumber mule

Super pricy and hard to understand the bar tenders

They offer some cool cocktails, but they are a bit pricey.

Atmosphere is nice, but we tried to get a bite and paid 15 each for what is essentially a heated up gas station sandwich. They even gave us chips and a cookie without asking us if we had a particular preference. They gave me a white chocolate and my wife and oatmeal raisin, she hates both of those.
If you're just looking to get a drink or two it's fine, but don't go there if you're hungry. I'm not even sure they actually have a kitchen. Or they have just as much kitchen as you probably have in your hotel room.

Refused to allow me to order by phone though I was staying in hotel. Menu in bar different from on line menu, so had to negotiate with waiter to get a club sandwich. Would've ordered room service, but they told me that was a 2 hour wait. Just awful service.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. On the steam table were dry eggs, dry potatoes, and the line for the grill was long. If you like paying $21.00 for brown overcooked omolates then this is the place for you.

Friendly knowledgeable and efficient waitstaff. Both great food and wine that's worth the price.Probably the best tapas in the city. We had the tasting menu for both of us with wine included. The only problem was that the large paella pan was too much. So we had only a small portion of it and took the rest home and it was great re-heated the next day. Still we split a desert with coffee. 250 with taxes and a good tip for 2.

Made a last minute reservation on open table. They should not have reservations on open table because it is not a restaurant. This is a bar in a hotel that serves a few food items. We couldn't figure out how to get inside. Once inside there was no one to seat us or even a desk to check in for our reservation. Food was fine for a bar in a hotel. Staff was great but the place in general was disappointing because it is sold as a restaurant online and on open table. Prices are way too high for what it is.

I was staying at the Hilton Chicago where this place is located. It was late, rainy outside, & I need something to eat. Thus I ended up here. The sliders & truffle fries on the menu caught my eye. Thank you for having your menu online.
It was pretty empty & I found a server to inquire about placing a to go order. Since I knew what I wanted he took my order & gave me a class of water. Quick & easy. The bill was also brought out quickly before I even had food. A bit pricey for two sliders & truffle fries but that's what happens when one doesn't want to leave the hotel.
My order came out pretty quickly & I took it to my room. The sliders were way smaller than any others I have had. For $6/each I expected them to be bigger than kids menu size. The truffle fries were tasty but way too much parmesan. It looked like the lid fall off the cheese shaker & no one cared to dust it off or make a new batch of fries. I shook off the excess myself.
Hopefully I don't have to be subjected to this place again during my stay. Not worth the cost in my opinion.
